What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about ZoomInfo Sales is the comprehensive and precise data it offers, particularly regarding company hierarchies, technographics, and verified contact details. This level of detail greatly streamlines prospecting and account research, ultimately saving time and enhancing the quality of outreach efforts.

I also value how seamlessly it integrates with CRM tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot, allowing for effortless data enrichment and synchronization. The platform’s intent and engagement signals are especially helpful for prioritizing leads based on their readiness to buy, which is extremely useful for targeting and improving pipeline efficiency.

All in all, ZoomInfo Sales is a dependable, insight-driven platform that supports both strategic planning and the day-to-day execution of sales activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo is undoubtedly a powerful tool, there are several aspects that could benefit from improvement. The accuracy of data can fluctuate, particularly for certain international markets or smaller organizations, which sometimes results in outdated or incomplete contact information. Additionally, the credits and licensing structure may feel limiting, especially when multiple users or teams are working on lead generation at the same time. The user interface and navigation could also be more user-friendly, particularly when it comes to managing extensive account lists or exporting filtered data. Furthermore, the intent data occasionally lacks sufficient context or requires further validation to confirm genuine buying signals. Nevertheless, despite these drawbacks, the platform as a whole continues to be a valuable resource for prospecting and sales intelligence.

What do you like best about the product?
The detailed information it offers. Also the searching capabilties.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the extensions required in order to use it to its full potential. I feel like more could be set up for you out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows you to find those pesky prospects that like to run and hide. It gives you detailed information about who they report to and whether or not you need to spend more time or not building a relationship with them.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales has all of the features I need to be better at my job, including contact info, company details and technology stacks. It's also very easy to use once you get a bit of training.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slightly better contact info accuracy would be good.

Knowng a company's buying intent and their buying team is critical.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that ZoomInfo Sales has been our number one choice from the beginning, which speaks to its strong reputation and effectiveness. The setup process was extremely smooth and easy, making it user-friendly and accessible, even for new users. I love how it helps us find better points of contact and distinguish between outdated and current contact information, which greatly improves our efficiency. The intent tab is particularly useful as it allows me to see what potential clients in our niche are looking for, enhancing our lead generation and prospecting efforts. Additionally, the tool's daily updates mean there are always new options and tasks available for us to explore, providing us with ongoing value and opportunities for innovation. I'm impressed by how it streamlines our processes, enabling us to target consumers directly and offer our services more effectively. Finally, I am a 10 out of 10 on the likelihood of recommending ZoomInfo Sales to others, reflecting my high level of satisfaction and confidence in its capabilities.

Sometimes ZoomInfo Sales contains outdated information, such as old phone numbers and contacts that are no longer valid for the company.

Zoominfo:Not Good for Finding Info, But Often Outdated and Inaccurate

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is really good at getting outdated or useless information like someones youtube page
What do you dislike about the product?
Always outdated for phone numbers, job titles, revenue, current employment. I find I have to use other tools to make sure that what Zoominfo is showing me is even some what right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo rarely has all the information about a company, nevermind the right information. Sometimes can't even show you any information about a company. I would choose any other sales tool if I had the choice.

Easy Lead Nurturing and Data Export, but Credit System Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
It will help me to lead nurturing and find the correct number for USA. It also help me to set the persona and export the data as per the department wise. It is really easy to use and helpful to export multiple data at once. Also, it was easy to implement with D365 which we use most for saving lead in CRM,
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike thing is you get two type of credit one is Contact Credits and Export credit. Suppose if you viewing one contact it will use 1 contact credit but if you export 25 contact at a time it will use 25 export credit which I suggest it should be one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major issue zoom info solving is providing the high enrichment data with good accuracy which I liked the most and helpful for me get good prospecting.

I like the contact information and the links to LinkedIn that ZoomInfo Sales provides for prospects, which helps me reach out to prospects for sales.

The accuracy of the information provided is questionable at best, with wrong numbers and wrong emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives access to a large and accurate database of leads. It helps me find company details, decision-makers, and verified contact information fast. The filters are very powerful, so I can target specific industries, roles, or regions. It saves a lot of time when building or cleaning contact lists for campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be a little outdated or incomplete, especially with smaller companies. Also, the platform can feel heavy when exporting large lists. And it's expensive. But overall, it’s still one of the best tools I’ve used for finding verified leads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find accurate contact information and company data without wasting hours searching online. It makes list-building and segmentation much faster. It also helps with data quality, because I can cross-check existing contacts and remove invalid or duplicated ones. This has improved both my outreach accuracy and campaign performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes it easy to search and segment prospects by industry, company size, and role. The data for North American markets is quite strong and generally accurate, which helps speed up lead generation. The Chrome extension is also convenient for quickly pulling company info while browsing LinkedIn.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s quite expensive for what you get, especially if you’re focused on Europe or smaller markets. The data coverage and accuracy outside North America are noticeably weaker, with more missing or outdated contacts. The Salesforce integration could also get better, importing leads sometimes requires manual cleanup or extra steps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives our sales and marketing teams a centralized source for finding and enriching prospect information. Having access to verified emails and phone numbers helps with outreach and reduces time spent researching leads manually. Zoominfo also makes it easier to segment accounts by industry, company size, and other firmographics, which helps us prioritize and target the right ICP with campaigns and outreach.
