What do you like best about the product?
Org charts help to identify the correct KDM/POCs. The advanced search filters can refine any broad industies. Liklihood to engage feature is also fantastic when choosing the contact medium. Easily integrated to Bullhorn. Very good customer support. I use on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some old data, but the contact ranking system helps to tune those out. Also I would say limitations in contact view credits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the correct KDM /POCs to contact. Also various contact details.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves the data SalesOS can provide. We've tried other providers in the past and none compared to ZI. Love the integration with our Salesforce.com org.

Their onboarding team has been amazing and provided us with multiple training sessions for our reps. Each session was recorded so reps can go back and review the session. They also have several trainings you can take online.
We also purchased Chorus which we are in process of implementing now. Can’t wait to see how it preforms. Our sales team is eager to start using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, so far we have not had any issues at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were lacking data on accounts we currently have in our CRM as well as new accounts. With ZoomInfo connected to our CRM importing data, companies and contacts has been effortless.

Easy to use and great support

What do you like best about the product?
Bewing able to download contact lists with ICP has been easy. The best part about the relationship with ZI is support from my account manager Sean and the Customer Success team- espeically since our account is not very large- they are quick to respond and help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Will run into bad data from time to time- folks no longer at that organization or mobile numbers being to a wrong person not assoicated with the account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying ICP in my segment and being able to be more intentional with prospecting.

Great tool for finding the right people

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Sales OS helps you find and filter the right person to reach out on an organisation. Zoominfo have good resources on how to use these tools effectively and can help you to make efficient sales process. They have great support team too, they usually resolve most of the queries very faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
They have complicated pricing plans, can be tricky to understand and evaluate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps to find the sales prospects and evaluate them. Sales OS do a lot of grunt work for you and saves time energy by providing better data.

The ease of use and the different ways you can cut the data to find your ICP.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit daunting, and salespeople on my team who are not as dialed in have a hard time navigating the system. However, I find it pretty easy to use.

Helps me to identify the right client using both websense and intent data.

What do you like best about the product?
The core of Zoominfo is its exceptional data, I have used Apollo, and other small sites that claim to have data that can't be found on other platforms but Zoominfo by far is superior. Zoominfo has leads that I have not found on other platforms, not only that but they a lot of the information is actuallly accurate. Not to mention searching based on Intent is a huge plus knowing that the company you are prospecting is looking for your service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can even fathom is the price, however you are paying for a service that is a leader in its space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding new leads that are more suited to our specific niche.

What do you like best about the product?
Most complete and accurate database with robust tools to aid my lead gen activities... and even automate my process. What is fantastic about ZoomInfo is their support. The "human support" I have received has been phenominal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Seriously. SalesOS gives me everything I need and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate lead contact information is THE most important to me.

Overpriced software that has horrible support, deceptive sales team

What do you like best about the product?
On the face of it, seems like it has the contact info for my prospects.

Seems like a robust system but I have not had a chance to even use the full functionality so I haven't seen it working yet.

On paper, looks like their package is pretty comprehensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are charging $13,000 but their product does not work properly and their support model falls way short of what was sold to me.

They have a dialer but the numbers they provide show up as spam when I call someone. When I ask them to fix it, they provide a list of about 12 different websites and 1-800 numbers that I have to call myself to get their numbers whitelisted. I spent about 8 hours on this and it still doesn't work.

Their sales rep promised me that the whole system would be "fully setup" the day after I signed the package and that their team would import the sequences. But its basically a self-service model using a klunky UI, where I have to invest another 20-30 hours to watch webinars and work with an offline support team to set it up.

I get bounced emails and when I email them asking them to fix these, they don't do it properly. I'm forced to exchange dozens of emails with them and they still haven't fixed some of the contacts I flagged for them two months ago.

Stay away from Zoominfo. This is one of the most frustrating experiences my company has had (and I, personally have had) using a B2B product, especially at this price range. I'd recommend Apollo instead, which is cheaper and works much better.

Any other suggestions for tools that do a better job than Zoominfo?

I was hoping to use it to send emails and call prospects. Its been three months and I've invested 60 hours already but am nowhere close.
