What do you like best about the product?
User interface with the way of handling users and their pipelines.
With the high efficiency of taking larger capacity, it can handle any load.
It can be used with multiple platforms smoothly.
Its backend support for the users is Amazing and quick.
For all the frequent users it is an amazing platform to work on.

What do you dislike about the product?
It can offer some more suggestions and tooltips for the guidance of the new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we had to use multiple platforms to access the account managers' data later we came to ZoomInfo SalesOS which integrated all the platforms to the accessing easier.

The Optimal Tool for Managing Accounts and Handling Data
What do you like best about the product?
I like several features of Zoominfo SalesOS, including lead generation, CRM system integration, Chrome extension usage, access to trending account insights and email verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
Website Personalization feature does not function effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo SalesOS addresses challanges through email verification, providing trending account insights, enabling lead generation and facilitating lead analysis, ultimately benefiting me in increasing my productivity.
Simple to Use and Good Info
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the variety of information you are able to source through. I could research prospects, the organizational chart, potential technology the company used, different locations and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were times where the information gathered wasn't completely accurate. It didn't happen too often but there were times where it happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps us identify leads within the right area of the organization. Zoominfo also helps illustrate identify the right people at the right level within the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Its user-friendly interface, seamless integration with a variety of sales tools, real-time analytics for informed decision-making, robust communication capabilities, and a comprehensive set of features. It's designed to streamline the sales process.

The learning curve when I started using it. Some info is inaccurate and outdated.

Scalability, prospecting, and data accuracy in lead generation

The new Advanced Search feature allows me to be very specific about the personas I'm searching for.
Furthermore, the Chrome browser extension is very useful for working in complimentary applications such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce.

What do you dislike about the product?
The information was very out of date on the older version/license my company had. However the imporvemetn in data quality with the up to date licensing is night and day. My confidence has been restored in the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need the infromation such as contact numbers and email addresses to import into my Salesforce so that my activities are demonstrated to my management. List exports are very helpful for this.
Unprofessional Experience with ZoomInfo: Buyer Beware!

Data accuracy. Overall, the tool's user-friendly interface and seamless functionality make it highly effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I disliked ZoomInfo SalesOS due to an unprofessional encounter during a discovery call. The salesperson's behavior fell short of high-level sales standards, making me wary of their service.
As a former user, I am well-versed in how the service operates. Unfortunately, based on my personal experience and the misleading nature of the demo process, I cannot in good conscience recommend this service to the company I am currently employed at.

ZoomInfo SalesOS tackles sales and marketing hurdles by providing accurate data and streamlining lead generation. It's made my workflow smoother, helping me connect better with prospects and improving my sales opportunities.
Effective tool for research, lead dev and engagement!
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom allows me to move quicky through my pesonal sales process. Their Linkedin add on and ability to export nto other platforms are very helpful.

Pricing can get expensive for additiinal features/org charting

Zoom allow our indivdual sales reps to develop their own process around the tool and remain effective and efficient

The product is quite intuitive, very powerful and easy to implement. It integrated very quickly to our Dynamics CRM.
Customer support is generally very efficient and knowledgeable.
I use it most days but I feel that I could get more out of some of the advanced features, if I used it daily.

The main downside is that the data can be inaccurate or outdated. Generally cross-referencing with LinkedIn is valuable because people are changing jobs frequently.

Easy integration with our CRM, good customer support team, easy to set up features and searches and understand lead intents.

Contact information is wrong in some cases and we don't get good responses unless it is very targeted.

Finding new leads and people that have left the company and moved to new roles.
