Best Prospecting Tool Available Today

What do you like best about the product?
The sheer relevance in connecting pain point with need through the vast array of insights available and using them to leverage impactful comunications with prospects that move the needle on sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I cannot drill down more specifically to more focused regional targeting. The biggest flaw in ZoomInfo, from my perspective, is the limitations in granular geographical targeting. Our industry would greatly benefit by having more specific geotargeting, not just generalized zip code radiuses. I would love a feature that allowed for targeting specific regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo has provided the first cyclical pipeline with weekly distribution of leads to my team, taking us out of the self-prospecting equation altogether.

Contact info on decision makers found quickly, and reliable

Info on more companies, smaller companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Once I read or hear of a company that is exhibiting buying signals for HR outsourcing, I can quickly find the contact info on the decision makers. That process used to take hours and was unreliable, now it is quick.

The hubspot integration could use work, but I heard the saleforce integration is quite a bit better

In this age you need phone numbers for outreach and they provide the absolute best

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo sales is most helpful is quickly identifying the correct contact(s) with the company as well as direct contact information to said person(s). The customer support team is also very fast and has always resolved any issues VERY promptly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not really a whole lot that I do not like to be honest. If I had to name 1 thing, it would probably be that it can take a several days of use to learn the service and how it can benefit you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer struggle to find the proper contacts or see the net worth of potential prospect. It saves alot of time by getting you the information you need right when you need it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo makes it easy to find target prospect accounts and key decision-makers within them. The contact info is accurate 99% of the time, making it simple to reach the right people with the right message at the right time. The integrations with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools mean that data stays clean, consistent - and most importantly - saves me time, which I can use to focus on selling. 10/10
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo's UI could be better (ability to change and move columns, export to excel) and there are some updates that can only be made by my organization's Salesforce, IT, or Zoominfo Admin. I understand Role-Based Permissions are important would be great if (at least) Sales Reps had a way to "suggest changes" for their Admin. Small "complaints" but would have a big impact.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Engage a lot more. It streamlined our outreach process and is saving a ton of time while making more contacts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Stay a little more up to date with correct phone numbers and if employment. I ran into multiple people that were no longer at a company or had the wrong phone number. Not a lot, but enough to mention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS helps us find the right contacts, quickly and enables us to find other contacts at the company that we may not have known about.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is great for lead enrichment and finding the right contact details. It is great for its intent feature as well and the features it offers in the advanced search to find the right contacts and companies. The UI is easy and integrates with our CRM which helps in mass uploads. I use this tool everyday and have not faced any problem with support so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
The contact data especially phone numbers can be hard to find, specifically in APAC region for SMB companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in finding the right contact details for my reach outs as well as finding the companies who are showing increasing interest in our category.

Wonderful Tool for the Growing Salesperson

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been a great tool to use while I expand my territory. Being able to track oppourtunities and leads has been really helpful to cut down on time spent scoping the landscape. One of my favorite features so far has been being able to search for people and get contact lists. There have been many times that I have not been able to get in touch with a prospect until I looked them up on ZoomInfo and found a different contact method.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint that I have, which cannot be helped, is that sometimes the information is not accurate. This happens when people move jobs, locations, or change numbers or email formats. This does not happen very often, and they cannot update this information at the exact moment it happens, so I would consider it a minor complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me stay in front of prospects. They are also helping me get correct contact info.
