Great sales tool for any level of sales
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to find contact information and trust that it is true and accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not see a downside in using Zoom Info. It is a very powerful sales tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of accurate contact information. Zoom helps me find potential prospects' email and phone numbers, saving me tons of time I would have lost searching other forms. Also helps to protect finding using the intent feature which saves me a ton of time on prospecting.
Essential to my sales workflow
What do you like best about the product?
It's seamless integration with Salesforce, and how it can live within several different windows, such as Chrome (with the ReachOut extension). I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult onboarding yourself, ease of use could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves verifying and speeding up the qualification process, in addition to providing relevant prospect list data.

1. server speed response when we are filtering the large number of org details become slow which create the user to move to the other tools like apollo.io

ZoomInfo has significantly simplified my sales role. ZoomInfo has contributed to a boost in my overall sales. ZoomInfo has made my sales role considerably easier and has led to a notable increase in my overall sales performance. Its expansive data coverage provides a wealth of business and contact information, enabling sales and marketing professionals to access precise and current data for their intended audience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me find and connect with potential customers and clients. I am able update existing contact and company data. It implements targeted marketing campaigns focused on specific key accounts. It has helped me identify and generate leads for sales and marketing efforts. It has made my work life so much easier.
ZoomInfo Makes Prospecting Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most accurate contact/company information compared to other platforms, and I absolutely love the chrome extension. I also receive Intent emails so I know where to allocate my time based on companies researching our product via keywords, etc. and easily integrates with other cloud apps I use on an everyday basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using ZoomInfo for over 3 years and cannot find a feature that I dislike. Great product!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo takes out the grunt work of finding emails and phone numbers that are valid, and all you have to do is export as a contact into Salesforce and begin your outreach!
Great data for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Zoominfo is the quality of the data. Great direct numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual role/title of the person is often slightly outdated. I therefor use LinkedIn for the source of truth on current title/role/etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has gotten me some fantastic customer information that I haven't been able to find elsewhere, like phone numbers and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Phone numbers and emails are updated regularly and are very accurate

Some of the filters are very broad and difficult to match to my specific needs

Load time of lists, but we do pull larger lists.

The enrich features are great for keeping our CRM up to date with accurate data and the Scoops features help give our reps easy access to whats going on in each of our accounts.

I wish they had some more in depth funding data for enrich

It is helping keep our data up to date and allowing us to get more value from the events we attend through lead mining and emailing capabilities.
