Poor data quality, very poor account management and customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
The concept and idea of intent signals could be good at scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intent feature seems like a gimmic, we've not had any interaction from any outreach.
Under our company filters, we've had ads agencies showing under retail/Shopify, we're only seeing 1-2 intent signals per week now which with the known ratios of cold outreach to call booked means not just that it's not working for us, it can't at this rate.
Of the signals we've seen, numerous times the emails provided bounced or the employee has left the business so the data seems stale as well as inaccurate.
When raising this, we've had nothing but canned style reponses full of buzzwords, no one offering to address any of the issues or provide any answers.
When escalated to a sales manager, even worse we were given a template response to fob us off rather than it actually being looked into or addressed in anyway, which the individual then acknowledged that he hadn't even looked at our agreement as a manager before responding.
Appauling customer experience generally, I wouldn't be able to recommend to any business based on my experiences alone.

I like the intent and websights tools the most because they allow me to determine people's interests better.

I don't dislike anything, but I would love a feature that shows private companies that recently sold their interest in the business.

It is helping me connect with the right people in my business. Before having it I had a hard time finding people Accredited to invest in my Fund.

IT professionals identify networking opportunities by providing information about industry events, conferences, and key players. This facilitates building relationships and staying connected with the IT community hence it is used very frequently.

What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the specific needs of an IT persona, they might find that certain features or aspects of ZoomInfo are less customizable than desired. This limitation could affect the tool's fit within their unique workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo can provide valuable data, its usage must comply with privacy and data protection regulations. Additionally, the effectiveness of ZoomInfo, like any tool, depends on how well it is integrated into the overall sales and marketing strategy of the IT team.
Best tool for building Sales Pipeline.
What do you like best about the product?
Being into sales almost 10 yrs now, have been using Zoominfo 5 year now. Tool has helped alot throughout my sales journey. I have generated more than 7 Million USD in last 3 years. This tool has some exceptional features, it can tell you which industry to reach what time of the year also it can tell what may be the they are into market for. Talking about lead generation it never let you down, when it comes to data accuracy it is best in the Market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I know end to end about Zoominfo. Yes there are couple of suggestions I can give.
1) Now a days companies started using AI dialer and Zoominfo is not compatible with those dialers.
2) There are many features and filter that are of no use at all. If you remove those interface can be more interactive and intuitive.
3) Cost is the major factor for Zoominfo, only companies can afford those have good budget, so price can be major factor.

Zoominfo has helped in many ways in my sales career. Starting from pick up account as per the insights given. Generating lead and gathering data across industries and geography.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the information presented, and how easy the access to the information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Phone Support is very expensive. When you need help, and you have th eregular email support , it takes a while for a response. By hat time, either the need is over, or you found a different way to do what ou needed to do, or is just too late. Support should be faster.
Also sometimes the information, like e0mail addresses, is not actual. need to renew information on firms and recruits more often

It allows you to enrich user data and pull it from LinkedIn.

The data showed when on Linkedin, some time is old an inaccurate. meaning that people have left the company but according to ZI they still work there.

What do you like best about the product?
I use zoominfo everyday, the moment i login. It has to be the first tool that i go for, why? simply for its robust implimentaion with my CRM tool. From starting of my sale activity till the end i depent on Zoominfos help because every practice is thought of and they is a feature for it. One best thing would be its filter method, its powerful and the rusults are just amazing!

Nothing so far, its been over a year, it just makes my life easier.

I'm someone who is on the customer-facing side, 1. I need the right people, 2. I need it quick because the journey of a lead is way too long and hitting targets is based on your time management. Zoominfo is absolving crushing it since I started using it for lead mining, account updates, intent signals, contactablity and special projects as well.

I can easily pull contacts and love the integrations that is has with other platforms like LinkedIn and the abiity to export contacts to upload to Apollo and Koncert for outreach.

I wish that you could bulk upload names and get all of the contact information.

Exceptional Experience with ZoomInfo SalesOS
What do you like best about the product?
My recent experience with ZoomInfo Sales has been exceptional, especially with the recnt enhancements made to its search parameters. The improvement has significantly reduced the time you spend finding suitable contacts, making my sales process much more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
One significant issue I have with ZoomInfo is the inability to have multiple tabs open while working from a compiled list.Additionally, there a re certain search parametrs that I believ should be included in the options. I have contacted customer support with these suggestions and recieved a prompt response.

With ZoomInfo SalesOS, I can identify companies within my sales verticals and pinpoint the right decisions makers, uncovering thousands of previously unknown companies and further more it can assists me in evaluating leads that originate from our websites.
