Shorten your sales cycle
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is one of the best tools that I have worked with. From generating lead and finding information about a particular organization and information of anybody. I use it on daily basis and the customer support is top notch
What do you dislike about the product?
It is comparativly pricy as compared to other tools in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been a wonderful tool and has helped me reducing my sales cycle by getting me the right information of the company and the point of contact that I want to reach. All the information is pretty much available and I get all the information for CEO or CTO which helps me shorten my sales cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Zoominfo for more than 6 months now , I could see the org structures of the teams which is very usefull and also all their number s and emails are mostly valid.
It is intergrated with our pipedrive CRM , and frequently I can import the list of prospects easily

I do see sometimes the news about the company or organization is not upto date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo provides all the numbers and emails of the prospect list and also gives good idea about the company organization structure and C level people email and number

What do you like best about the product?
It has plenty of information of numerous companies worldwide. It helps tremendosly with the prospection. Even has a feature to target potential prospects who has visit our website on the past. It's very easy to use and to install/implement/connect with our CRM (Salesfroce)
What do you dislike about the product?
Althought it has massive amount of information, it failed to have similar quality of information in certain regions such as APAC or EMEA in comparison to NAM or LATAM
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Incrasing our top of the funnel.
It's a great tool to find phone numbers and other data metrics of your prospects.

The amount of updated information it gives everytime I try to find any information. It is easy to use and easy to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Has comparitively less database for SMB India prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides information about the potential prospects that I want to reach out on and that helps me in reaching out to them effectively with all the relavant information. The feature "Workflow" within Salesos helps in automating all my go to market strategies.

Zoominfo opportunity and Financial scoops are very accurate and easy to access.

Sometimes I dont get Direct number and Offical email address of my prospect.

I follow Small and mid size company in zoominfo , So I need to to follow these companies reguarly to understand their challenges , at that time the scoops helps me to understanding the current trend and requriments of the company.

ZoomInfo helps our team get valuable customer information. This makes it easy for our team to get customer's contact details and connect with them. This has increased our team's conversation rates.
Due to the simplicity of the platform, our team adopted it quickly and they love it.
As our team uses the platform on a daily basis, sometimes when there is an issue with the platform, there is a need to get it fixed as soon as possible and the customer support team is available to help us in a timely manner.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing bad about ZoomInfo although the LinkedIn Integration could have been better. The ZoomInfo team can also work on the load time of the platform.

Before ZoomInfo, our team had a hard time finding customer contact details. It was difficult to contact customers without their phone number.
With ZoomInfo, our team can get any customer details easily and contact them.
ZoomInfo also helps our team with identifying customer intents. This also comes in handy at times.

the buyer intent data of zoominfo sales os is accurate and provides real time update on the market and buyer, you can tweek the existing opportunity by looking at the intelligence data

they have come up with chorus, which is replacing our gong tool

Knowledge & update: In addition to it the zoom info platform helps in letting us the buyer inclination for the purchase also any recent updates/ news about the company that allows me to pop up the relevant sales talk with the respective contacts
