What do you like best about the product?
One thing I absolutely love about zoominfo is how it empowers users to create incredibly targeted search criteria, simplifying the process of identifying potential leads based on factors like company size, industry, and job titles, among others. I can confidently rely on the data provided, knowing that it is accurate, up-to-date, and will prevent me from wasting time and effort on the wrong customers. Furthermore, integrating zoominfo with major CRM's, sales, and marketing tools is incredibly smooth, and the convenience of the versatile widget cannot be understated. Expect a frequent use. Lastly, incorporating zoominfo into marketing campaigns is a painless process.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Interface lacks appeal, especially given its price.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining insights into the success of sales and marketing campaigns is critical for us. ZoomInfo provides analytics and tracking features to gauge campaign performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The intent signals about the accounts and the industry news and trends it provides are very useful and come in handy. the whole tool is simple and easy to use and the integrations with another tool. I use it every day to make my work simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though it provides more phone numbers and emails, it's hard to hit the right one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It serves me better in terms of providing the buyer intent signals and helps me to enrich the lead data and contact details.

Features and functionality of ZoomInfo SalesOS are amazing. Easier to adapt and market research is faster. Especially love the intent score.

Only downfall is the customer support. It's bit tricky to get in touch with customer support if we need anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was hard for us to scrap the spam leads before Zoominfo and now with their database it has become a lot easier to get the right contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy of the contact data provided by the platform is very good. Helps in finding the right client
What do you dislike about the product?
Found the the software a bit hard to use. Takes time to set it up properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding clients that require my immediate service has been hard. Zoominfo sends me regular notification about the companies that require my service and thus saves me huge time.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the most useful tool for getting details about the customers. It is very use to use, implement and integrate with other tools. Customer service is prompt and helpful. It has multiple features like profiling customer, real time insights and information about company financial is something I would recommend the frequency to use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo doesn't have alot of data for Nordic businesses. It is very expensive for small business.

Zoominfo is useful in identifying customer information. Understanding their business and then positioning our services better. This make the customer experience better.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is the best tool for finding details about accounts. The prospects insights are very accurately and well delivered. It is easy to use and implement. It can be integrated with most tools. The customer service is very helpful. I would recommend it to be used everyday. All of features like real time insights, org charts, and competitor information is very useful.

It is very expensive and doesn't have alot of information on Asia region.

Zoominfo helps in getting well defined details about prospect, thier role, org structures and competition. This help in better account management and under customer.

The advanced filter, helps your drill down more information, narrow down your search operations, you can filter more criteria's such as geography, person has email id or cell number, which technology a company is using and what all people are searching on the websites.

recently i found, there has been missing field in some of the data in europe region, and alot of people have opted out of contacts from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
basic problem of not able to get the person's email address and cell numbers is the common challenge solved by Zoominfo

It's truly helpful and a major time-saver, ensuring I'm always well-prepared for calls.

Precision of Contact Data: While generally helpful, the accuracy and completeness of primary phone numbers and email addresses could be further improved. More precise data would reduce bounce rates and increase direct connection success.
Consistency of Feature Availability: The occasional instances where ZoomInfo Copilot is disabled for specific companies hinder its utility. Ensuring consistent functionality across all company profiles would provide a more reliable and seamless experience.

Helpful to drive the ABM campaign, in terms of providing intent signals for the named accounts. Also it make the life easy when i want to extract contact information. The google plugin is well embedded in the linkedin Page and across any website.
