Best Lead generation tool
What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, higher availability of customer credentials compared to other lead generation tools, information is mostly accurate, easy extension to browser, ease of implementation, good customer support,frequency of use,ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't give much information on APAC leads, can't use multiple logins at the same,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me save lot of time for account mapping and gathering data which increases my productivity and helps me reach more clients for introduction of our services and solutions.
Mediocre, but gets the job done
What do you like best about the product?
I like having one centralized database for gathering contact information. You can also see roughly their estimated spending per different department, as well as revenue, recent news articles, etc. The platform is easy to use, and the UI is pretty good. Not that hard to get granular if needed, or be more broad.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've found the contact information accuracy becoming more and more innacurate. Whether that be no direct or mobile numbers to incorrect email addresses, ZoomInfo seems to be slacking in this area coming into Q3/Q4 2023. In addition, when looking at contact information for anything under state & local government/education, the contact information is HIGHLY innacurate. For example, it'll say someone working at a municipalitity, but they end up working at a district, and vise-versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping gather contact information often not found elsewhere.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional inaccuracies in lead details remind us not to rely entirely on the software. Monitoring daily ZoomInfo usage, accompanied by a friendly warning at 90%, can help prevent credit limit issues. Providing clear reasons for company inactivity would be greatly appreciated, sparing users from unnecessary efforts.

I trust the information and have a firm undestanding on how its going to add value to my company. Support has been phenominal, Zach has been very helpful for us as well.

Its a little complicated to be honest. I wish it was a little more cut and dry

It is helping us to grow our pipeline, without it we wouldnt be able to drive as much net new opportunites.
The data is good but not always accurate
What do you like best about the product?
It can fetch a lot of contacts and the right contacts depending on the product. I like the automations and the intent signals which help me be aware of the buyers sales cycle
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not accurate at times which leads to extended sales cycles
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, it helps me get in touch with the right stakeholders including the decision makers. The next problem it solves is through the automations like auto dialer where I don't have to remember to keep following up with the leads and Zoominfo does it for me

The ability to find contact information and trust that it is true and accurate

I do not see a downside in using Zoom Info. It is a very powerful sales tool.

It solves the problem of accurate contact information. Zoom helps me find potential prospects' email and phone numbers, saving me tons of time I would have lost searching other forms. Also helps to protect finding using the intent feature which saves me a ton of time on prospecting.
Essential to my sales workflow

It's seamless integration with Salesforce, and how it can live within several different windows, such as Chrome (with the ReachOut extension). I use it every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little difficult onboarding yourself, ease of use could be improved.

It solves verifying and speeding up the qualification process, in addition to providing relevant prospect list data.

1. server speed response when we are filtering the large number of org details become slow which create the user to move to the other tools like apollo.io
