Extremely useful and easy to work with
What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS offers a ton of information and is extremely helpful for conducting market research. It's a great way to find companies and contacts in a specific market or industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the contact information isn't always accurate. The rating scale of B, A, A+ helps for filtering through that, though sometimes I wish they were all accurate!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo speeds up the time I would spend searching for contacts and companies, and it streamlines the overall process. I can have hundreds of thousands of contacts at my fingertips in seconds.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool with customizable lead filters that reduce time spent on mundane tasks. Their customer support assisted with the onboarding over a quick call. I use it on a daily basis to call, connect and verify leads. It integrates with most of the CRM tools and very intuitive to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing needs to be more flexible depending on the business use case. Would love more reporting and export options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track leads quickly and tailor my approach to engage with them. Highly efficient software that is powerful and analytics-driven.

Plethora of features. One stop shop sort of solution. Enterprise grade.

Less known in market. Might require good effort in training for people to embrace.

Sales is a big area. And it's affiliated org wide processes are also significant and diverse. ZoomInfo does attempt to provide one stop solve for all.
Achieving targets with Zoominfo is easy.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating Zoominfo with Jira and using it more efficiently is best part of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notification doesnot work properly as sometimes i missed important info.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS acts a one stop platfrom for us in terms of Sales and Marketing. It acts as one umbrella platform with all the reuqired data. It also helps with solving lead generation problems and is better equipped and enhances the process. ICP feature helps in targetting the right leads.The b2b contact base also makes it easier to generate leads.

What do you like best about the product?
With new buyer intent data, you get buyer intelligence, can see how many visitors were there on your website, who was looking at your website, the lead intelligence has a news feed, you can see the role they are hiring for and can send emails to your clients to fill those positions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue with logging out persists, and there seems to be a cache problem when you're in the corporate environment. Your IT team doesn't provide access, so it's more of an internal issue.

ZOominfo provides us with information such as email addresses, phone numbers, websites, contact's LinkedIn profiles, and it also provides signals to target the specified audience.
