ZoomInfo Makes Prospecting Seamless
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has the most accurate contact/company information compared to other platforms, and I absolutely love the chrome extension. I also receive Intent emails so I know where to allocate my time based on companies researching our product via keywords, etc. and easily integrates with other cloud apps I use on an everyday basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using ZoomInfo for over 3 years and cannot find a feature that I dislike. Great product!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo takes out the grunt work of finding emails and phone numbers that are valid, and all you have to do is export as a contact into Salesforce and begin your outreach!

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Zoominfo is the quality of the data. Great direct numbers and email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
The actual role/title of the person is often slightly outdated. I therefor use LinkedIn for the source of truth on current title/role/etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has gotten me some fantastic customer information that I haven't been able to find elsewhere, like phone numbers and emails.

Phone numbers and emails are updated regularly and are very accurate

Some of the filters are very broad and difficult to match to my specific needs

The enrich features are great for keeping our CRM up to date with accurate data and the Scoops features help give our reps easy access to whats going on in each of our accounts.

I wish they had some more in depth funding data for enrich

It is helping keep our data up to date and allowing us to get more value from the events we attend through lead mining and emailing capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Among the standout features is the option to suggest company updates, addressing any inaccuracies that a specific company may have overlooked. When combined with the scoop functions that enable the discovery of a company's most recent significant news, it enhances the introduction of prospects to valuable information, simplifying access to precise data. Easy to obtained, extensive company data, including direct and mobile numbers, headquarters contacts, emails, revenues and technologies insights of potentials leads, proves highly advantages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The absence of a reason for company inactivity leads to extra efforts in the search for such reasons. Inaccuracies in some lead details can occasionlly prompt users to explore alternative options. Not receiving alerts for individual accounts when the credit count is depleted prevents users from being informed about the exhaustion of their credits.

2) Assists in improving email deliver-ability, reducing bounce rates and ensures that your messages reach their intended recipients effectively.
3) The platform offers data on a company's operational locations and services, which, in turn, enhances outreach for improved sales and marketing effectiveness.
4) Simplifies the process of obtaining mobile contact information, expanding your outreach options and enhancing your ability to connect with prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
The Intent feature is by far my favorite tool of the site. The ease in which you can drill down to the specific topics pertinant to your business is impressive- making prospecting efficient and easy.
I also like the websights feature. The fact that it not only tracks visits to your websights, but also the amount of time spent on the site is also a plus.

What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love the Intent feature and how it allows my team to easily find prospects- I am very unhappy with the exporting options. My team works specific accounts (businesses) and then they are required to contact specific prospects within those accounts.
Unfortunatley, there is not a way (that I have found) to mass export accounts with specific contacts. We can create a list of suggested prosects to export, but the actual accounts are not exported. And the "suggested" contacts may not be the ones we want to export.
Of course, we can individually export the account and the desired prospects, but that is ridiculously time consuming.
Therefore, once the mass lists are inporting into Outreach (our platform), I have to go back to Zoominfo and export the actual accounts, then go back to Outreach and try to assign the prospects to their respective accounts. Which is also extremely time consuming.
I have reached out to Zoominfo support for help, but have yet to find a way to fix the issue.

The ease in which we can drill down to find prospcets that are specifically in our sights has been extremely beneficial. We can put the right accounts in front of our people and ensure that they are not working as efficiently as possible.
Best tool for sales people
What do you like best about the product?
Intent date view and esp. streaming intent work wonders in outbound sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Frequently logging off makes users a little frustrated.

95% accurate contact details of the prospect, that helps the sales person to seamlessly focus on power dialing
Chrome extension works wonders and helps when you are using another tool for lead identification and can use Zoominfo for finding their contact details

Results from Zoominfo after integration are unbeatable.

Dashboard seems difficult to use sometimes, needs some improvement there or can give training in a better way to use it.
