Absolutely Outstanding Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It was extremely eazy in terms of usage and understanding the contents in the platform. Most liked feature was 'intent topic' which used properly can be very helpful tool to make discovery calls. I have used it everyday and was integrated with several other tools used to do my job well. The most used features are;

Some information could be incorrect due to the changes that happen in an organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It first solves the importance of managing a database and more over it also gives you additional details about a company and lead such as insights and technology stacks. This gives a upper hand to getting more details about a company or lead to successfully reach the customer with qualitative information and have a proper conversation on a discovery calls.

Comprehensive company information, including direct and mobile numbers, email addresses, revenue figures, headquarters contacts, and even technology insights of potential leads, is particularly beneficial when obtained. The utilization of the advanced search option provides results for companies and leads more easily and with excellent accuracy. One of the most valuable features is suggest company updates, which correct any inaccurate information that a specific company may have overlooked. This, along with the scoop functions that aid in discovering the company's current significant news, assists in onboarding prospects with this valuable information, making it easier to access accurate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, inaccurate information about the lead's details, such as numbers and emails, is provided in the results, making it unwise to rely on the software completely. The day-to-day count of ZoomInfo usage is not monitored in individual user accounts, potentially leading to credit limit depletion. Implementing a feature to issue warnings when the credit count reached 90% could help users avoid credit limit exhaustion. Regardless of the reasons for a company's inactivity, the reason should be specified so that we can avoid expending unnecessary efforts to determine the accurate cause of inactivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Offers additional communication channels for sales team to reach their leads, such as mobile numbers, enhancing outreach options.
2) Provides up-to-date contact information, increasing the chances of successful email outreach.
3) Assists in identifying companies based on their industry vertical, enabling them to build leads specific to those industries.

Zoominfo is extremely easy to use and very helpful with finding Sales Leads. It details out all the information I need.

So far, I have been using Zoominfo and have not found a feature I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I sell advertising and Zoominfo allows me to find the right Marketing, Communications Manager in the company I am searching. The fact that I just have to put in a job title makes alot less cold calling.
The information is accurate, accessible, and easy to understand and work.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team was able to store plenty of leads. The pictorial representation of those data was very helpful. More it was easy to create our own customized Sales workflow. Moreover the SalesOS AI is reducing our teams efforts in identifying leads and its adapting well to our business. And ones one of my colleagues faced a issue and support team did a good job. We are able to integrate our client salesfore easily. The documentation which was available for all the things that are available in the software helped us to learn in a faster way.Yeah and Zoom info's real time updates is making us use the software daily in our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can reduce the coat little bit, but yeah its worth the money. And after reading reviews heard there are some data privacy issues, as of we have not faced any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use to manually update our leads in our old CRM. Now this has been completely taken care by the AI. Follow up of leads has also reduced how, this helps us save time and concentrate on other works
