Best tool for demand generation
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is easy to use and implement. Doesn't require coding and can be integrated seamless with other tech stacks. Has a sea of data in terms of accounts, contacts and potential customer. The customer support and enablement is very well curated. I would generally end up using on a daily basis. It has many features I personally like and gives a competitive edge to prospecting approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo pricing model can be more friendly to small organisations and ability to update incorrect data in real time would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo helps in solving the problem of connecting to right people at the right time of the buying cycle and helps in tailoring our pitch.
ZoomInfo: Don't waste your time!
What do you like best about the product?
I can say that the ZoomInfo customer service and ZoomInfo product support were SUCCESSFUL at getting under my skin and infuriating me after the ZoomInfo salesman misrepresented the company. I can't say anything that I like about ZoomInfo, but "successful" is positive, right?
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the way that ZoomInfo treats their customer that pay their outrageous costs to use their product! ZoomInfo's product does not do everything they say it does. ZoomInfo's integration is sub-par and difficult to use. It does not have all of the features promised by te ZoomInfo salesperson that lied to me. I was lied to about the ease of integration, and that will ake ZoomInfo very difficult to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo's poor workforce is exercising my patience by not letting us out of the agreement we entered into upon false presumtions. How is ZoomInfo benefitting me? ZoomInfo is giving me more gray hairs, and some women find that attractive. Haha... No. ZoomInfo is not benefitting me in any way. ZoomInfo is a big waste of time. ZoomInfo is a big waste of money.

What do you like best about the product?
we provide revenue cycle management services and solutions, we get all the hospital and healthcare providers data which are autentic, genuine, and most important we get to know the company summary, which helps us in contacting the decision makers
What do you dislike about the product?
It is the best tool in the market and there is no doubt, so I would like to see more new enchancements and easy usage

it benefits in giving the important information such as revenue, employee count, brief summary of company and organizational structure

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is most effective to give additional information about client data. It helps in building a strong buyer persona and position our services accordingly. It is easy to use and implement. It would be beneficial to use on a daily basis. The customer support is helpful and knowledgeable. It is easy to integrate with other tools and also it provides a wide range of features like competition data, market intelligence.

It would be better if more information related to direct contact details of the customer and more personalized persona information for APAC region

ZoomInfo benefits me by building a strong customer persona and identifying the needs of the customer before hand, which helps in stronger and more customer friendly consulted approach
Best tool for hunters
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy and user friendly. As a hunter, it has a lot of data around prospects, accounts, trends that are useful during making a sales pitch. The customer support team is prompt. It is easy to implement and integrate and requires no coding. We could use it everyday and leverage it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited data for Europe region. It can be expensive for small organisation and teams.

It is helping us in identifying insights and trends about potential customers and target accounts.
HIghly reliable data

they have high-quality, direct contact data that you will not get anywhere, they have advanced search filters to build an accurate database with amazing accuracy

there are data which are bad and need some updation on regular basis

What do you like best about the product?
We can create a target list with the company and contact information available at Zoominfo that helps to reach target clents easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think its very costly that is the reason i got its access very late.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior using Zoominfo it was very difficult for me to access data in low network connectivity area. But i can use Zoominfo data in offline mode.

What do you like best about the product?
The insights on accounts are accurate and need of the hour for hyper personalized messaging to prospects to standout and grab attention. It is user friendly and helps in every day outreach. A team that wants to succeed can't go without using it more frequently. The support team is prompt and helpful. It also easily integrates with most of the best crm tools. It easy to implement, doesn't require too much tech knowledge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is too high. Data for Apac region is less.

Zoominfo is helping us solve the problem of identifying right stakeholder, understanding them better by getting greater insights and connecting with them to open new conversations and map existing org for farming accounts.

Periodically updated so I have the most accurate B2B contact information

There isn't anything particularly I disliked about ZoomInfo

Source relevant Exec level contacts informations for almost any size of companies within the US. This has tremendously helped us in reaching out to the right contact and initiate conversations
The most efficient enrichment tool
What do you like best about the product?
That it has all things required for any sales operation or marketing operations

Nothing on my mind for now. It is a good tool.
