What do you like best about the product?
Prospect and company contact information is updated frequently which has saved me a lot of time while prospecting. I recommend integrating into your CRM to allow a streamlined workflow and it has an easy implementation as well.The customer support is impressive really.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs more CRM integration options and some numbers may not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integration into our Salesforce platform, the wide ranging features thatre available to prospect contacts and find new accounts. Zoominfo also provides emails for the contacts in it's database and verifies/updates these contacts and emails regularly.
ZoomInfo helps me to lead towards my career growth.

Dashboard of ZoomInfo is attractive and very easy to use at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
i disliked its visitor intent tracking as we miss some highly convertable clients due to that.

It automatically logs you out when you attempt to access your account from a different IP address using the same ID.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The CRM integration is a significant time-saver. Meanwhile, the Google Chrome extension proves quickly advantageous, providing one-click date access and greatly enhancing our lead generation endeavors.

It's challenging to obtain accurate information for companies with 1-10 employees, and the same goes for those with 11-50 employees.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it to target the right companies and right audience, right party contacts.
It has alot of features which helps the sale team to do the job better such as direct numbers, which technology company is using, who are the decision makers

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS makes finding the latest information on potential customers easy and helps sales teams stack rank target accounts and stay focused. It's great that user feedback helps inform the content, so don't be afraid to contact Support when you have information they need to update, such as users no longer with a company. I use it almost daily to stay abreast of changes in my customer base. It integrates seamlessly with Salesforce, so you can use it in a single pane.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful aspect of ZoomInfo is it provides so much information without clear strategic guidance, sales teams could spend too much time in analysis paralysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an army of one: BDR, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Business Development, and Marketing. I need tools that will simplify my life and minimize the time I spend doing research and maximize my selling time.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps me understand intent of customer, saves me a bunch of time so it let's me focus on leads that will actually work ! Saves time cold calling as well by targeting!

Cannot suggest other leads based on leads I've closed , would maybe suggest other leads

It saves time mainly, so my sales can focus on potential leads rather than cold oens which still consume time. Cold reaching is now focused targeted sales funnel !

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know but yes one thing i like to highlight since we have limited licences for zoominfo. If 2 people use same id at same time it logs you out and not allow to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been part of B2B sales almost a decade and now i move to sales enablment, so i give training to new hires and existing one how to leverage this tool earn more and more incentives.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing about this tool is transparency and quality of data. I have used similiare tools in past but no comparison with zoominfo. Contact and email accuracy 80% to 90%. Data is available across all major territories and industires. I can say we are getting desired outcomes and ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, yes there is room for improvement am sure they are working on to fix it as we have already shared feedback regarding same.

Lead generation is always a concen for most of the sales team. We also have sales team here that works globally for that zoominfo help to generate leads and run email campaigns, cold calling and build sales pipeline.
