What do you like best about the product?
1.Features - Organization chart, Technologies they use.
2.Accuarte Data - helps to fetch Proper Direct numbers and email id with current updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not face any issues till this date,if anything pops up will reach out your support Team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Accuarte Datas - Contact information and email Id's of potential clients especially helps B to B market.
2.Detailed Datas - Organization chart clearly states decision makers of an organization which is very helpful to reach them for a business needs.
3.Sourcing - We can reach out to the right person as per their Designation and the technologu they Use.

The Best Tool For Lead Generation

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has a lot of features and i use daily
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no upto date information about prospect and the numbers are mismatching a lot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a companys current information is hard and zoominfo helps with that and finding my right prospect with good informations like phone number, direct number, email address and company informations like technology, scoops, and intent data.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and frequency of use. Our internal Sales org structure is based on employee size of an organisation and the information on Zoominfo is the moment of truth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally for my usage, I think the search algorithm has more room for optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo SalesOS solves my biggest day to day hurdle of positioning the prospect/client based on our internal Sales org structure and assign the lead to the right AE - Its a reference place to concur on the current employee size of any respective organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the setup and implementation of ZoomInfo Sales to be extremely easy, thanks to the excellent support and comprehensive training provided. The intent feature is incredible, allowing me to identify and reach the right target audience and segment effectively. It resolves the problem of prospecting by providing crucial company information. The user-friendly interface facilitates easy understanding and navigation, making it highly accessible even for new users without overwhelming complexities. Additionally, I appreciate the recent updates feature that keeps me informed about important changes within accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the accuracy of contact information occasionally lacking. Sometimes the data comprises outdated emails and numbers, which slows down outreach efforts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product helps me effectively target the right prospects, improving my lead generation process and aiding team members in easily adapting to its features due to its user-friendly setup.

What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo SalesOS is a simple and effective tool that helps with sourcing domain specific leads for businesses. It claims what it does 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that I personally I feel it's slightly over priced for a new business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The level of intelligence that ZoomInfo salesOS offers helps both the sales and the marketing team to target customers with the right kind of content that can lure them into the sales funnel towards closure.

Helps with a Mass Amount of Workload

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is a great program for those needing help with their workload throughout the day. Even if you don't think you necessarily need the help, after using SalesOS, you'll be greatful for it. SalesOS helps me search through, research, and filter thousands of contacts that match what I am looking for, daily. It supplies a great amount of information regarding companies themselves, as well as the people who work for said companies. It has made my job so much easier, by allowing me to find these people so much easier. Before I'd have to sit and call, wait on hold, try to access whatever emails I could find. But with SalesOS, all that information is at my finger tips and provides a great relief to my daily work load. It allows me to have extra time that used to be spent searching for emails, for actually engaging with prospects and clients that I found through SalesOS. It is extremely easy to use, and I am grateful to be able to use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could say I dislike, is that sometimes while using the filtration system when searching contacts at a specific company, even if you filter out a certain aspect, they will sometimes still show up. For example, when I filter out any contacts that have already been exported to ZoomInfo Engage, so that I can hae entirely new contacts, I will still get the pop up about duplications. Sometimes when I filter it, I can still see many contacts that are definetly in our Engage, as it says when they were last contacted.
Other than that small hiccup, I would say that there isn't much I dislike about SalesOS. It is extremely helpful to me in my day to day life at work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For starters, it is solving my issue of not having enough hours in the day. Before I would spend multiple hours, practically the whole day, trying to generate new leads and prospects and barely had enough time to make any actual contact with them, as I was too busy trying to find emails and phone numbers. Now it is all at my fingertips in a quick search by name or company. This allows more time for actually engaging with possible prospects.

ZoomInfo SalesOS also helps with the actual discovery and research of companies that may be good fits to partner with your company. Instead of going through the same "Top 50" lists on Google every day, I find myself using the SalesOS filtration to find companies compatible to who we are looking to work with. I have found many current customers through doing this. It gives you everything you need to know about said company and all of its contacts. Including where each contact is located, if not working from the HQ. This makes it much easier for me, because like I said, now I have the information at my fingertips, and the ability and time to engage with them as much as possible.

My Experience with Zoominfo

What do you like best about the product?
The Salesos intent feature is really helpful for me as an SDR. Its very easy to track clients or prospects who have shown intrest in our software. Its also great as we can track cliets who have also looked at our competitors. This tool is super easy to implement. The integration with our inhouse crm tool is also great. I use this tool everyday. The customer support is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone number of the prospect is the company number. Also the prospect would have left the company but that wouldnt be updated on the data base. Sometimes the intent shown would be a little inaccurate as upon reaching the prospect they would have already signed the contract.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in booking good and better quality meetings.
It helps in not missing out the prospects that have shown intrest in our software.
It is easy to reach out to prospects as their direct number is available.

Great tool for exporing your audience and getting information

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which you can enrich existing contacts, but to also export to the CRM. To search and exclude current CRM opportunities, is a good feature. But there are a lot of different options for searching and their information is quite good. I've explored new companies within an existing industry and it's helped research new industries that we want to target.

Websights is good and, I would say, more reliable than some of the others as ZoomInfo is built on data.

It's easy to integrate and to set up. We use it pretty often and our the SDR and research team like using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some contractual elements that we disliked, like you can't keep the enriched data after you finish with ZoomInfo.

It would be nice to do global custom mapping where we take industries and countries and match it to ours. It would also be nice, when exporting to the CRM to update a contact or company, to choose which fields we want to update from ZoomInfo and which to keep from our CRM (obviously have a keep all or update all button as well)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us research new industries, find similar companies to our top clients and to expand on existing industries for ABM campaigns.
We end up using these accounts for outreach and abm campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about ZoomInfo SalesOS would be the prospecting and easy contacts in outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Extension crashes most of the time and takes a while to fix this
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The integrations with the tools that we use parallelly, like CRM intervention, it saved a lot of time to get the right ICPs and put them into our CRM system.
