What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Zoom info is the its user experience and the dashboard it just made my job so easy and the integration is seemless.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem i face is its scoops which is updated today is 3 to 6 months old information, If they update scoops live it will be much more useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem sales department has before is the information will be scattered across the channel and it is so time consuming, And zoominfo has everything handy in one place

What do you like best about the product?
Afcourse, Its features. You can keep on email tracking and can know the purpose of their visit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever i tried to reach Customer Support, didnot get revert on time from their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Numerous Problems actually. But one i like most is its email verification tool.

Nothing to dislike though, can be integrated with more social media platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and comes with a lot of integration inside. Along with its quite accurate and helps in organizational growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be bit more smooth, sometimes gets laggy due to the loads. But rest all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales assistance with AI, Auto dialer for newbies. Email tracking of leads, market intelligence in terms of target audience and lead Generation.

What do you like best about the product?
Best thing is the ease of implementation of this system. It is also beneficial for grtting Marketing Information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is quite high as compared to other similar products in the market.
Customer support - The slow resolution time frequently caused delays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Due to large database and accurate information is beneficial for me and my organization to achieve targets and increase revenue

What do you like best about the product?
The one thing that i always go for zoom info is its lead generation UI that you can just choose in bulk and you can export in Excel and you can use it in any CRM no need of of any integration
What do you dislike about the product?
One of its least helpful features is its integration i feel like its not required as everything we can export and import which is easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Befor Zominfo the problem i face is i have a lot of sales people but and they take almost 3days to generate leads but after zoominfo they work simultaneously with lead and calls

What do you like best about the product?
1. The contacts and account database is upto date. Very valuable on integrating with a CRM.
2. The integrations with marketing and sales platform is very extensive.
3. Can be used as a very extensive lead gen module with advanced filters and search capability.
4. The support team is quick in response.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. The subscription model should be flexible and pricing can be a bit on the expensive side for SMB.
2. Data privacy: what is the source and origin of the data for zoom info database?
3. UI can be a bit better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zoominfo for our customers who try use it as a lead gen tool.

The integration is a major selling point.

We also use zoominfo for our sales insights and customer history.

Neat and Clean database tool

What do you like best about the product?
Contact database: The tool has alot of US database with location
Company Database: They have all the information, what's the revenue, which tech stack they use. who is searching what on internet
Intent buyer: they also show the intent of the company so you just have to focus on the intent signal and call the prospect
Workflow: I have created a workflow through which I keep getting good dataset
List: you can save your list and whenever their is a new contact which is added, you can pick and do the prospecting
What do you dislike about the product?
The concern is the limit, 2000 limit is not bad but when you have a target of getting 20 appointments, it's less
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of getting the cell numbers for me, because after covid, most are working from home so the dynamic has been changed
