What do you like best about the product?
Industry reaseach provided through ZoomInfo is very effective and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about ZoomInfo its just they need some improvement in minimal bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the help of ZoomInfo we can do pipeline management that is really benificial to keep records for future use.
Its success says it all !

To be honest app performance is so good that even after integration it works very smoothly.

It is somewhere costly as compare to its competitors.

I like to use zoominfo for the best user experience and the modules which have been given. and the customer support and implentaion and daily useage and integartions

Some times the phone number and mobile is not valid one, and the emails are non monitered one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily analyce the account details and the lead details for example their email address, phone number, direct number and mobile number and revenue as well. maily i can know the technologies which have been used by the companies

The easy accessibility of data when you need them the most and the reliability when compared to other similar sites.

Sometimes the lead data are not that correct and unavailability of some data.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use and has a lot of features and i use daily

There is no upto date information about prospect and the numbers are mismatching a lot

Getting a companys current information is hard and zoominfo helps with that and finding my right prospect with good informations like phone number, direct number, email address and company informations like technology, scoops, and intent data.

Ease of use and frequency of use. Our internal Sales org structure is based on employee size of an organisation and the information on Zoominfo is the moment of truth.

Personally for my usage, I think the search algorithm has more room for optimization.

Zoominfo SalesOS solves my biggest day to day hurdle of positioning the prospect/client based on our internal Sales org structure and assign the lead to the right AE - Its a reference place to concur on the current employee size of any respective organisation.

I find the accuracy of contact information occasionally lacking. Sometimes the data comprises outdated emails and numbers, which slows down outreach efforts.

I find the product helps me effectively target the right prospects, improving my lead generation process and aiding team members in easily adapting to its features due to its user-friendly setup.
