What do you like best about the product?
its gaification and AI sales assistant is awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
its Costly so we are unable to use it everyday is the only drawback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI assistance provided through ZoomInfo is biggest resolution.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very resourceful to find relevant company contacts. Upload the Excel CSV file of account books and map them with the ZI database to target the relevant buyer persona. Enable notifications on high buyer intent data to stay on top of the sales cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact information is not updated and not relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the relevant target personas helps us add leads directly to the CRM right from the Zoom info tool. Export the accounts with contact and persona details.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is really easy to use as a prospecting tool that connects well.

Can able to find lot of informations, In other words as a simple tool to do all of the sales team's pre-work prior to a call, it definitely does what it says on the tin plus it has great filters. It allows sales and marketing teams to obtain the contact information of the prospect.

Can able to analyze the complete organization structure, it will be helpful for us to reach out to the right person and pitch our product. It is easy to implement and integrate with any other tool.

I use this tool twice a week.

And the customer support is really awesome.

What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is that its market positioning, features, and pricing are optimized for small startups.

Cons:
Keyword Searches.
Improve of contact info a bit more.
Expunge obsolete data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps find buyers based on an Ideal Customer Profiles, advanced company attributes, and accurate contact information in B2B. It is used to identify the next customer using data-driven insights and buying signal.

Very old lead data, not easy to connect.

Search filters that Zoominfo provides are easy to use and they streamline the process.

Zoom Info - A great tool to ease your work life!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for over an year now and I'm glad that my company provided me with the full time license for this tool.

ZoomInfo has helped me continously to gain more information about my clients and their company. This information is accurate which aids me to ensure that I can reach out to my clients through different channels.

I can play around with different filters such as Search by Email, Name, Designation, Team, and tons other which saves a lot of time rather than going through the entire company directory.

I use this tool atleast a couple of times per week and it has become a part of my tech. stack.

It's very easy to use/integrate and implement. Hence, one will not take much time to get started. I typically use a client's email or a company's url and paste it in the search bar and let ZoomInfo do it's magic and take care of the rest.

Not only that, I can also upload a list of companies and gain great insights to stay on top of where my clients are inclining towards - I'm still learning more about this feature and having a great time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may sound absurd but none as of now. I really love the tool and how much impact it has over my job. That's why I'm investing my time in writing this review :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many problems that ZoomInfo solves for me but the most important is that it bridges the gap between me and the client by providing vital information like multiple emails of a client, phone numbers, different POC's, client's designation, etc.

This helps me to connect with various stakeholders and expose them to our products (in order to upsell and cross-sell or in general share best practices, therefore creating good rapport). Hence, this tool is quintessential part of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy navigation and intent generation to target o/b
2. Phone numbers to targe the the executive leadership
3. Department based approach helps in getting the right ICPs to target.
4. Finding the buying committee is quite a feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Can provide more "events" based information to target
2. Constant log offs can be irritating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. With the buying committee feature, it makes it easier for my team to add the right personas
2. Reaching out to a company when they have an actual intent makes it easier for a two way communication rather than a cold call.
3. Taking persona data out and using in our tool for emails is a very useful feature.

True companion for Sales Folks & Account Managers

What do you like best about the product?
Being an Account Manager, I myself use the tool very frequently. To be more precise I use the tool on a daily basis to get my job done here in order to get in touch with the company's POC that I work with. I would say the tool is pretty straightforward in many use cases. It helps me find contact information from the org that I work with whose data is not available in my existing CRM database. It also helps me to find the new POCs from the org as most of the employees leave the company after a while so it helps me to find the right and new POC who have taken over a specific department that I'm looking into. With one-click and easy integrations with both websites and mail it's I don't have to switch tabs to find the contact info. Also, I can directly look into the decision makers which helps me save time by directly reaching out to the C-Level Management and the Decision Makers in order to quicken the sales cycle and the work that I do here. It is also very quick and easy to implement to any business or work that is related to finding contact info and working closely with a specific department, I can't complain much about anything here. Just keep up the good work and support that you guys have provided over the years and continue the same going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish sometimes that ZoomInfo showed me more direct numbers of the POCs rather than the company numbers. So adding in more work numbers or extensions would be a great addition for sales folks like me to run the show easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me find my customer's direct info like Work/Mobile Number to reach them at the earliest to support them.
