Zoominfo - Best Tool for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
Love the UI. Its user friendly and has its own depth

Logs out everytime the system is shut down

Contact sourcing and intent identification
1) ICP data records were 98% correct, easy to use
2) Integrations were amazing with outreach
3) Hot ( Trend symbol ) inside leads for email/calls are actually working

What do you dislike about the product?
Only 25 contacts can exported to outreach at a time, which can be improvised
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreaching problems are nullified and very easy to use for reaching out ICPs

I love that i can always find a company size with zoominfo.

I dont appriciate the the customer support of zoominfo

It is solving the complexity of finding the right information online.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of zoominfo is the scrolling intent list I get when I upload a particular list to the system. It gives me an idea which company to target and for what solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the prospects mentioned in zoominfo are out dated ones. Like the prospect might have switched company two to three years back. But still it shows the old employment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned before, the intent list helps me a lot with my outbounding and I get meetings out of it

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info gives me a cromprehensive overview of the companies I deal with, I use it on a regular basis. It's a brilliant information repository. Helps me stay prepared for all calls. Another pro: The customer support is also pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything in specific. At least I haven't encountered such issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before zoom info, I went on a lot of customer calls with inaccurate data. Zoom info helps me stay updated on my customer database.

Zoominfo has a reliable database which is accurate most of the time.
The interface is user friendly and doesn't require much training. Love the "suggest company update" option, one can easily provide the correct information if it is not in the tool and the team really does consider that. Integration with outreach is amazing. It is easy to implement, with just a single click and your contacts are in the outreach. I use the tool most of the time, it really helps in identifying the right persona in the organisation.

Tool is awesome but there is a scope of improvement.
Even though they have a vast majority of organisational data, there are certain challenges with some geolocations, mostly developing markets. The data is not updated. If they are able to fix it, it will be really helpful for most of the companies out there.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI solves alot of problems. It really helps in indetifying the right set of personas in the account making it easier to get in touch with them. The account level insights, technologies they are using, the buyer intent, scoops, everything is helpful in sales engagement activities, making it easier for sales rep to reach out to the prospect with right set of questions.
