What do you like best about the product?
I have been using ZoomInfo for the past three years almost every day and it's been great. I love the fact that the contact information has always been 90%+ accurate. Helped close quite a few deals and create opportunities.
Love the 'buying committee' feature. Helps identify the right kind of prospects and target them accordingly.
We use Outreach internally for prospecting and I love the fact that we have a solid integration with Outreach which helps export contacts directly.
Intent data helps prioritize accounts in the TAM and target them accordingly. Definitely helps during my prospecting.

What do you dislike about the product?
Technologies signals can be improved. They are not right most of the time but apart from that ZI has actually been super useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Helps reach out to prospects/customers to their alternate numbers. Pickup rates are usually super high

Instant gratification of having a phone and email using the ReachOut Chrome extension.

The interface has a lot of info. Can be a little confusing at times.

Sometimes when we try to search for specific companies or employees in the advance search it teands not to show up and glitches.

What do you like best about the product?
Apart from most of the Default features,sales lead scoring and sales intelligence has been working out great.

Even though I do not have any actual concerns,the refresh rate of the pages and the UI can be improved

- It is the best tool in the market for prospecting.
- The UI is very intuitive, and you can get used to it easily.
- You get the email and phone numbers of the people you want to prospect, along with which is the best method to reach out to them.
- It integrates perfectly with Outreach, so I can add contacts with ease.
- I use it on a daily basis and is the most versatile tool in my arsenal.
- The implementation of the tool is also very easy. I signed up for it, and added the extension for fastest way to use the tool.

- There can be some difficulty in signing in sometimes.
- I felt that the likely to engage markers on the numbers and emails weren't very accurate.

As a business development executive, prospecting leads and getting their information is very hard. Zoominfo ticks all the boxes when it comes to outbound sales. I get the lead information, including their phone numbers. I can see what tools they are using in the company, to understand their current system before even engaging with the leads.

Firstly i wanna appreciate the ease of use and seamless integration it offers.
Since the software can be integrated with different CRMs with its APIs, it helps a lot and agents can stay in one tab.
When a lead comes in, ZoomInfo helps in enriching the data and help me in authenticating this lead. This saves a lot of time

Customer support is not accessible across multiple channels

Helps identify the right prospects and validate their company details. In most cases we don't have information about a company as people don't enter details when they sign up. ZoomInfo solves this problem for me

Honestly, Zoominfo has been helping me connect with the right point of contact in the organization and help me reach out to them and close deals faster than usual. It also helps me understand the structure of the organization and the size of the company. very user-friendly. I have been using ZoomInfo every day and it has seamless integration with my Freshdesk account

Little pricy as compared to other tools in the market but has the best features
