ZoomInfo is the easiest place to gather all buyer persona & details + account mapping info needed
What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info is most useful to quickly identify account specific characteristics, map entire accounts and bulk export contacts

It bugs sometimes and doesn't work properly and some filters can be confusing to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me quickly idfentify account characteristics to determine territory and qualify the company in or out which is obviously crucial in my role.

What do you like best about the product?
We generally try to use zoominfo to understand the buyer data, get consumer data from zoominfor into the data analysis tool

Feels right for us, but we are a small organization and for us spending so much money on tool like zoominfo is not sure worth

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ZoomInfo is super user friendly. The UX is very intuitive and easy to learn. We primarily use ZoomInfo for exporting lead contact information into our CRM. We also enable alerts on target accounts to give us up-to-date information on the account that we use in outreach—keeping us relevant in our personalized communications to leads.

Zoom info has almost all the required data about the business to nurture leads, qualify them. A very supportive tool for outbound saleprocess

The pricing can be affordable for few small businesses

Zoom info helps me find the right point of contact from a company like Key decision makers and evaluators.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has been the haulmark of businesses to bring out the best holistic approach across various deparments like Sales, Customer Support and TA. Zoominfo can be easily accessed from Junior to senior members. It can be used frequently for gathering right business personas. The seamless integration of the tool makes things easier to implement.Customer support has been extremely terrfic as well if and when things goes wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limitation that I come across, it has great presence and strong database approach in The US. To some extent come across lack of accuracy in phone numbers and company employee size on the other region, well that can be wroked upon, otherwise there are not much major challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo does help identifying the company size, major personas from the company. Most importantly,if you want to know the tech stack been used by the company Zoominfo would identify the tech stack and provide the info based on the information you can go ahead and target the right audience.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is probably one of the easiest data research tools I have used so far. All you gotta is simply search for a company that you have to learn about and you will get the A to Z of that company. My favorite feature is the 'Org Chart'. This will give the list of employees in the org in a hierarchy level. You can also use the Scoops function to learn about the recent stories/NEWS published by a specific company which is very important when you want to personalize your cold emails. Chrome extension is an added advantage if you want to research a company from its website. My team and I use Zoominfo on a daily basis to outbound. If it's integrated with your CRM, then it's absolutely golden!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app logs you out so you will have to log in once in a while. Not a big deal but ya, would be great if there's an option to keep logged in for a longer duration
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, it is me and my team to research an inbound or outbound lead effectively. In sales, the more you know about your prospects, the higher the chance you build a connection with them. One of the key problems ZoomInfo addresses is the ability to enrich the spectrum of information like prospects' business email, phone number, the tools they currently use, any important news about the company, etc. With the strong LinkedIn integration, it saves so much time for sales reps to navigate around.
