Zoom Info - A great tool to ease your work life!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for over an year now and I'm glad that my company provided me with the full time license for this tool.

ZoomInfo has helped me continously to gain more information about my clients and their company. This information is accurate which aids me to ensure that I can reach out to my clients through different channels.

I can play around with different filters such as Search by Email, Name, Designation, Team, and tons other which saves a lot of time rather than going through the entire company directory.

I use this tool atleast a couple of times per week and it has become a part of my tech. stack.

It's very easy to use/integrate and implement. Hence, one will not take much time to get started. I typically use a client's email or a company's url and paste it in the search bar and let ZoomInfo do it's magic and take care of the rest.

Not only that, I can also upload a list of companies and gain great insights to stay on top of where my clients are inclining towards - I'm still learning more about this feature and having a great time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may sound absurd but none as of now. I really love the tool and how much impact it has over my job. That's why I'm investing my time in writing this review :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are many problems that ZoomInfo solves for me but the most important is that it bridges the gap between me and the client by providing vital information like multiple emails of a client, phone numbers, different POC's, client's designation, etc.

This helps me to connect with various stakeholders and expose them to our products (in order to upsell and cross-sell or in general share best practices, therefore creating good rapport). Hence, this tool is quintessential part of my job.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Easy navigation and intent generation to target o/b
2. Phone numbers to targe the the executive leadership
3. Department based approach helps in getting the right ICPs to target.
4. Finding the buying committee is quite a feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Can provide more "events" based information to target
2. Constant log offs can be irritating sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. With the buying committee feature, it makes it easier for my team to add the right personas
2. Reaching out to a company when they have an actual intent makes it easier for a two way communication rather than a cold call.
3. Taking persona data out and using in our tool for emails is a very useful feature.

True companion for Sales Folks & Account Managers

What do you like best about the product?
Being an Account Manager, I myself use the tool very frequently. To be more precise I use the tool on a daily basis to get my job done here in order to get in touch with the company's POC that I work with. I would say the tool is pretty straightforward in many use cases. It helps me find contact information from the org that I work with whose data is not available in my existing CRM database. It also helps me to find the new POCs from the org as most of the employees leave the company after a while so it helps me to find the right and new POC who have taken over a specific department that I'm looking into. With one-click and easy integrations with both websites and mail it's I don't have to switch tabs to find the contact info. Also, I can directly look into the decision makers which helps me save time by directly reaching out to the C-Level Management and the Decision Makers in order to quicken the sales cycle and the work that I do here. It is also very quick and easy to implement to any business or work that is related to finding contact info and working closely with a specific department, I can't complain much about anything here. Just keep up the good work and support that you guys have provided over the years and continue the same going forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just wish sometimes that ZoomInfo showed me more direct numbers of the POCs rather than the company numbers. So adding in more work numbers or extensions would be a great addition for sales folks like me to run the show easily
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me find my customer's direct info like Work/Mobile Number to reach them at the earliest to support them.

Sometimes reaching out to customers and engaging with them is difficult without any relevant information. With zoominfo I am able to retrieve required data and now the engagement rate has been highly improved.

The Zoominfo AI, powered by generative AI, really helps in drafting outreach emails, summarizing account insights, and recommending the best actions based on the data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities are limited compared to other analytics tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in identifying my set of customers and helps with engagement as sometimes when I receive a lead I don't have enough details to reach out. With ZoomInfo I get quick access to the necessary information.

What do you like best about the product?
Data Accuracy: ZoomInfo excels in providing accurate and detailed information about potential prospects and companies. This has significantly reduced the time and effort we used to spend on validating new prospects.

Advanced Search Filters: The search capabilities within ZoomInfo are impressive. You can filter by various criteria, such as industry, company size, job title, and location, allowing you to pinpoint your ideal target audience with precision.

Integration with CRM: ZoomInfo seamlessly integrates with our CRM, making it easier to import leads, track interactions, and measure the success of our outreach campaigns.

I think their custom integrations with different CRM platforms would be my most favourite part.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can be relatively expensive, especially for smaller businesses or startups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it cuts down the time i spend in validating new leads. it helps with a lot of enriched data about them

What do you like best about the product?
The Org chart and setting up the buying committee helps you plan your ways to outreach. I user it on a daily basis and is very easy to navigate through and get the most out of ot.

Takes a littlel extra time to load but gets the job done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its very helpful to get hold of accurate contact details for outbounding. The UI is very intuitive and straight forward. The plug-in is also really helpful.
