What do you like best about the product?
I love the enchancement feature, which helps me clense my prospecting list on monthly basis and the new version's elastic search is superb
What do you dislike about the product?
They should keep training employees on the platforms, they have so many features, people just use basic function of identifying the email id and phone number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead enrichment, contact database building and account intellegics with organization structure

Email tracking and keeping rocord of all emails and text generation.

Responses from Customer Support are very late

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using zoominfo for quite sometime now and I rely on zoominfo for it's accurate information about the company and also helps me come up with customised email campaigns, as well as track the performance of the email campaigns which is very crucial for me to understand what needs to be changed and what can be retained. Also, I trust zoominfo to be one source of truth for easy reference instead of the whole internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I dislike about zoominfo is I find the layout to be a bit too cluttered, and it seems like there is too much going on at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is benefitting me by saving time on not browisng through 100 of websites to come up with content for a marketing campaign. I am a freelance writer and I require market knowledge about a particular vertical to come up with creative content and zoominfo helps me identify the accounts that have all the signs of a buyer intent and thereby it makes me job easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how incredibly easy it is to get correct contact information, with insights on how likely someone is to answer or not.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't pull the correct information - but it is very hard for a tool to be completely accurate.

I no longer have to TruePeople search all my information, it all lives in one platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The most optimum information about any organization is provided, specifically mobile numbers are always accurate as per the ZoomInfo priority. I love the OS, export list, and intent features. Exporting data to platforms like Outreach is highly time-efficient and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
More Small Business designations and information could be added and frequency of log outs are a bit inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo eases my research time during prospecting. Accurate intents and optimum filters such as Buying committee and technology attributes are top-notch.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom info is very easy to use. It was also very simple to implement. The support I received for the same was informative and prompt. I use the tool almost every day and it has a plethora of features to use in order to analyze and reach out. It is also easy to integrate with other tools in use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about this product.

The main issue I face in my current role is connecting with the decision-makers or the stakeholders. Zoom info gives me a clear idea as to who I should reach out to.
