What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales help us find information about prospects that our not in our system, which is very helpful to us and shortens the process of research helping us save time.

What do you like best about the product?
Connectivety was never such earlier. I think everyone should start using ZoomInfo SalesOS.

Nothing as such. I really like each and everything about ZoomInfo SalesOS.

Connecting to each and every corner of the world at ease.

What do you like best about the product?
It has enhanced my lead building and contact searching journey by a mile! it was also easy to implement and use. The support that I got for queries were well answered. I use this product almost every othr day. It can also be integrated with other spaces like mail.

Nothing much here. It's a good product to work with!

it provides a comprehensive database of reliable business and professional data that is of great use to connect and close deals.

The database is relevant, frequently updated, and easy to consume.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of Zominfo is high, making it relatively expensive for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me identify the high-intent leads along with the competitor tech stack. It also helps with the hierarchy of the different teams within an organization, enabling me to reach out to the right stakeholders instead of using a spray and pray approach.
My Experience with Zoominfo
What do you like best about the product?
My Interaction with ZoomInfo has been quite mixed. It was one of the most amazing tools that one could use, which helped a lot of sales processes and understanding the company better in a sales point of view. It helped a lot in both sales and CRM aspects for closing a deal and one of the best part was the FAQ article.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, i don't have any negative comments from my end

Search function could be easier to use. Sometimes when searching the company is not easy to find as it suggests contacts first. Also has strong US weighting

previously had to go through gatekeeper but use of direct dials gets me in front off custoemrs quicker

What do you like best about the product?
I like the "intent" feature of ZoomInfo...it gives you an indication as to what my target company intends to search and how likely they might engage with you. Apart from other wonderful features. Its very easy to use and with multiple filters.

I am unable to search person wise and the limitation of export

It is helping me find more leads and very relevant leads

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo has launched Copilot and updated its UI. This is a quite enhanced version of ZoomInfo, which makes it easier to find company insights! With the help of Copilot, the time spent on ZoomInfo fetching company information has been significantly reduced.
The new WebSight Purchaser ID identifies anonymous website visitors in real-time. This is helpful to promote lead outreach faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo needs to improve on the hierarachy accuracy better.
They can integrate with Hunter.io or other tools to map the right recent updates in the company employees and Hierarchy.
CRM Integration is still weak and needs to add more CRM Apps, as many companies use different CRMs.
Scoops data or Intent data are still a concern which is not real-time.

A Platform with a wealth of Information
What do you like best about the product?
The System contains a huge sum of data, not only a wealth of Accounts which can be sxported to Excel, but also a ton of contacts with email addresses and phone numbers. I use ZoomInfo a lot to flesh out my database and CRM System allowing for a breadth of data access. The feature which allows us to export data to excel is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the search bar can be a bit clunky, and sometimes when I search for specific contacts with the orgaanisation in the name it doesn't understand. For example, if I search 'Jon March JMPC', it thinks the mans name ends in JPMC and as such comes up with no results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows us to filter Businesses by industry and revenue, we are then able to export this to an excel, allowing us to build out a strong 'target' list in an industry we want to break in too. It also allows us to keep mor eup-to date emails of out clients and potential clients, including hone nubmers and Linkedin Profiles.
