What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very simple & easy to use. The customer support is instant & the integration with Linkedin is smooth. I use zoominfo frequently to get the leads scrubbed & the implementation to get started with Zoominfo is super cool
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not budget friendly & occasionally the contact details are wrong

One stop solution for prospecting, enough data about contact info, intent signals and account insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can improve integrations to all crm's, mostly this an issue internally, but it woks great with outreach and also it should have better export options to pull the data into the crm

What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience with ZoomInfo SalesOS, I have identified several aspects that require improvement:

User Interface Complexity: The complexity of the user interface can be overwhelming, particularly for new users. Simplifying and streamlining the interface would enhance the user experience.

Data Accuracy: While ZoomInfo offers a vast amount of data, there have been instances of outdated or inaccurate information. Implementing a more rigorous data verification process would enhance the platform's reliability.

Learning Curve: It takes time to fully grasp and utilize all the features and functionalities of ZoomInfo SalesOS. Providing more robust training materials or guided onboarding would expedite users' ability to maximize the tool's potential.

Addressing these areas of improvement would significantly enhance the overall user experience and amplify ZoomInfo SalesOS's value for sales professionals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been super helpful in dealing with some big problems we had in our sales operations. First off, it's made a huge difference in how we generate leads and find potential customers. With ZoomInfo's massive and accurate database, we can easily pinpoint the perfect customers for us without wasting a ton of time.

On top of that, SalesOS has seriously upped our data game. Having clean and up-to-date contact info is crucial when reaching out to people, and ZoomInfo makes sure we have the latest and most reliable data. That means fewer emails bouncing back and more successful connections.

Plus, the platform gives us some really cool analytics and reporting features that let us see the big picture of our sales performance. With all the data at our fingertips, we can make smarter decisions, fine-tune our strategies, and use our resources wisely.

Easy to use Software,Easy to implement ,There are number of features that is very useful,Customer support is great.My frequency of usage is high ,It can be easily integrated to third party.

What do you like best about the product?
The best is the intuitive and interactive UI. The implementation is super easy, amazing response from the CS team for issues related to missing contact details. This is a great tool for us sales folks who uses it on a daily basis.
Integrates with multiple tools and the extension works with pretty much all the pages!
What do you dislike about the product?
As a sales guy, there can never be enough number of prospects!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A major problem for sales folks is the research and figuring out whom to call and connect with, zoom info has done a great job in solving that, now we just have to focus on dialing and getting our quotas done!

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom Info is the only prospecting tool I've used that encompasses so much information about a company. The scoops, technology & attributes, and org charts are something I can't live without going forward. They continually update things to improve and information is rarely wrong. It integrates easily into my other tools and allows me to do the minimal necessary research in faster time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts opting out is a new feature that has created some stops that wasn't there before. There are some discrepancies on information such as employee count on linkedin versus Zoom Info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom Info is solving how I find what tools a company is currently using and how I can position myslef when reaching out. It has also solved where someone sits within a company heirarchy.

What do you like best about the product?
It makes the life of a Sales Rep much easier, saves on so much time and helps us in reaching out to decision-makers quickly.
We also get information/insights around what the company is using or going through using ZoomInfo (Tech Stack, Scoop).
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough contact info for European contacts. Email ids and contact nos. are not there for European contacts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us in reaching out to the decision makers faster, we don't need to spend time in hunting for their email ids and phone nos.
