What do you like best about the product?
It helps with the updated contact details and been providing the accurate information in all the industries and geographies for the sales development campaigns.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides a most accurate data with contemporary updates and insights from the market to ease the modern world business development function.
I am not a fan of this tool. It lacks accuracy, has outdated data and poor customer support

To be honest, Coming few days I'm in talk with our management to discontinue the usage of this tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides accurate and up-to-date information and helps to identify target the right prospects effectively
Easy, Efficient, and Intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
One of the biggest advantages is it's inegration with LinkedIn Sales Nav. It's just a lot easier to export contacts to salesforce and then start working those accounts. I also paritculatly like how the chrome extension works with other outreach tools to be able to get good information about the account. Intent and Websights are also good tools to use when you're porspecting for T-1 accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to my mind. Sometimes accuracy of phone numbers can be an issue but in most cases it works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SalesOS really helps me with my prospecting. When I have to export contacts/leads and take them to Salesforce, it makes my life really easy. To do it manually before SalesOS was such a time consuming task.
Zoominfo is a gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Saving filter settings when using Zoominfo to prospect a mass load of leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Exporting contact information can be difficult if the company name isn't an exact match
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo provides extra contact information (such as a prospects cellphone) more frequently than other competitors, such as Seamless.
Great tool for lead generation with accuracy of data
What do you like best about the product?
I like most is quality of data. I get good connect rate on cold calling also email open rate is pretty amazing. I can easily generate 3-5 meetings every week. All credit goes to the zoominfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whatever features i have used so far all are helpful in my job and did not find anything to dislike about.

Zoominfo for Social Media
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is extremely easy to use and has more than required features. Interestingly when I started using this software for Social Media, I was not sure if this was going to deliver anything I'd need. But I'm happy it proved me wrong because finding the right prospecting software is a hell of a headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really with it had some more social media integrations to connect with prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a Social Media executive as well as I have my side gigs for managing campaigns for smb's. Lead mining is one of the biggest challenges that I come across and this has made life a lot easier for me if not amazing.
ZoomInfo a literal game changer for Lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
When I first started using ZoomInfo I thought it was just another product but when I saw how my worktime reduced, I really began to understand it's true potential. The amount of data gathering it does and the real time updates really amazed me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there is nothing lacking in the product as a whole, for me it felt that the UI took some getting used and the cost for the service provided is a bit on the higher side. Regarding the cost I'd say because we are a small company that's just getting started. Other than that it's wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me personally I have felt that the verification process and the data gathering ability has helped me greatly. The amount of time it took me to generate and verify all the leads has been done for me in its entirety. I have felt the slack of doing the above has been cutout. I would like to add about some issues like data inconsistency but apart from that a great product overall.
ZoomInfo for CRM and LeadGen
What do you like best about the product?
When I started using ZoomInfo the best part I liked about it was the CRM integration and the LeadGen ability of it. It's so easy to use and is very user friendly. Way to go ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me personally I have found some inaccurate data and the pricing was a bit too much for companies that are just starting off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have pointed out earlier as well, I think the data gathering ability of ZoomInfo is massive and I have so much yet to explore. It provides me information about the companies that I want to onboard and their respective info as well like their size and revenue and their contact information. It's so easy to reach out. My work has been cut out to a certain extent I would say.
ZoomInfo is an amazing tool for people who work in mid scale startups who are looking to upscale.

I think the various information it provides with respect to lead generation likewhat industry the company belongs to their size, revenue etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have sdomwhere felt that for startups with a small capacity the cost is a tad too high and have found some data discrepancies while gathering data regarding a company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have mentioned earlier I think it provides a large amount of data for a specific lead. I have found it to be helpful in market research and information about companies which would be interested in our product.
Excellent tool for Sales and lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Lead generation has been amazing. AI integration has helped with so many other things as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel enterprise edition can still be negotiated as it is a still tad bit expensive for 0-20 employees startup i.e. mid range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think personally in my field it helps in lead generation and gathering intelligence related to the same. I have spent a lot of time manually scraping through a lot websites to gather the same. But with ZoomInfo that work has been mitigated to a great deal.
