Enhances Prospecting but Needs Data Accuracy Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to pull lists with ZoomInfo Sales. The integration into our CRM is seamless, making it a time-saving and cost-saving tool. It allows for smooth data connection and collaboration across our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data was outdated. And could be a little bit frustrating. Sometimes the prospect had left the company years ago, and, seems like they could do a better job updating their list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales makes it easy to get phone numbers and email addresses, simplifies heat mapping to target prospects, saves time and costs, and integrates with our CRM for seamless data connection and team collaboration.
Extensive, Accurate Database with Intuitive Search
What do you like best about the product?
I like Zoom Infos lkarge and accurate database and its easy to use, andf intuitive seraching toolset

It is not as familiar to many sales persons as alternative

I use ZoomInfo Sales to find my clients' general information, and it helps me get direct information so I can call them directly without wasting time. I like that it offers options to speak with people at the VP level. It's also great that it provides information about companies and is very simple and easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, which I love.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to quickly get direct information on clients, allowing me to call them directly and speak with VP-level contacts. It saves time by bypassing gatekeepers and is very simple and easy to use.
Time Saver with High-Quality Data

I like ZoomInfo Sales for its ease of use and the quality of information it provides. The contact information, like numbers and emails, is relevant to my needs, which helps me avoid wasting time and gives me more time for productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's always room for improvement in ZoomInfo Sales. It would be better if there was a more efficient way to leave contact attempt details. Also, it takes time to add new accounts.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting. It uncovers missing contact info, reveals market size and details, and provides relevant numbers and emails. This avoids time wasting and gives me more time for productivity.
Essential for Prospects, But Pricey

The pricing is crazy.

Effortless Salesforce Integration, Minor Tweaks Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I find that ZoomInfo Sales is very adaptive with Salesforce most of the time. It's easy to transfer contacts from ZoomInfo Sales over to my Salesforce account. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that a lot of the times I have to search for the Salesforce account on ZoomInfo Sales, because it states there isn't an account associated yet. It would be better if ZoomInfo Sales made the sales accounts of Salesforce more compatible. When I try to transfer new contacts to an already established account in Salesforce, ZoomInfo Sales says there is no account associated and wants me to create a new account in Salesforce. I have to manually search for the account and then click on it, so it doesn't create a whole new account in Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for accessing contact information of prospects, and it integrates well with Salesforce, making it easy to transfer contacts between the two platforms.

I find ZoomInfo Sales easy to use, which is a big plus for me. I like the interface and the design of the website, it's structured very well. I also appreciate its clean and clear layout. The search bar is easy to use, and I find it simple to look up phone numbers and email addresses. I like the way it breaks down the rankings of related companies too. The initial setup was super easy, which really helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think something that doesn't work as well for me is the way the font is a little small, actually.

I like how easy it is to search and the accuracy of the information provided by ZoomInfo Sales. It's great for building lead lists, and I can search for my ideal customer profile (ICP) and enrich data easily, which saves me a lot of time. The initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales is also very easy.

It is expensive. The intent signals can be better.

I use it to fill in missing prospect information or to discover new prospects. The HubSpot integration is a great feature as well. The platform is very user-friendly and straightforward to implement, making the whole process smooth and efficient.

It may reduce the number of calls you are able to make in a single day.
