Reliable Contact Search, but Intent Signals Not Always Effective
What do you like best about the product?
The contact search is the feature that I use the most, and I find it reliable with good quality contact data (e.g. email and phone number).
There are also numerous other features that I use less often, including the Intent Signals, which I find to be somewhat inaccurate.

What do you dislike about the product?
I've not had much success using the Intent Signals, that's not to say that they're not accurate, I've just not had much success using this feature, which is disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily accessing accurate company contact data, which I do find to be mostly accurate and up-to-date.
Essential for Lead Generation with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like my copilot. I also like seeing who has looked at the website and using the intents to drill down deeper for more detailed information. When I see who was on the website, I can reach out to them and see how I can help, and about 30-40% of the time, I get a response telling me what they need. For the Intents, I can see what companies are searching for a specific battery.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the time the contacts are not updated. Sometimes it moves very slow. I also wish that I could have the emails generated but coming from a different email address. There could have been more time spent on showing all the benefits that you receive and how ZoomInfo Sales is different from competitors. Now there are a lot of competitors and they are less expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales to find contact information for leads, enabling important sales calls, and to see who visits our website, allowing me to engage with potential clients. The Intent feature helps identify who is specifically looking for our batteries.

What do you like best about the product?
I find that using ZoomInfo Sales is easy; finding contacts and their professional information has never seemed so simple to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say that I dislike a particular feature but rather the update delay; I have already contacted someone via their info on ZoomInfos Sales but they were no longer in the company and their LinkedIn was up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy for me to find almost everyone in a company; I use it daily and find it intuitive and easy to use.
Best Sales Prospecting Database with Highly Useful Signals
What do you like best about the product?
Best sales/marketing prospecting database we've been able to find. Signals in particular has been very useful for our sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still a good amount of outdated info, but this is a minor annoyance given the amount of detail available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales team taking up too much time manually prospecting and developing lists. The amount and detail of information, along with the targeting has made it much more efficient so our sales team can spend more time in front of prospects and less time researching.

What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing to find leads for our business and also to find clients related to our needs. The database has extensive information related to different companies which is quite useful to send out cold mails. Easy to use platform

The trial period is quite small and the pricing is on higher side compared to other similar platforms. The contact info is not accurate for higher level associates

It is helping us find relevant leads and contact info for sales enquiry. Also quite helpful in sending out mails and managing leads pipeline. Easy to keep track of latest leads and export data into excel

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the Websights feature and the technology information in ZoomInfo Sales. Websights helps me track the engagement on our website, giving me more visibility on the pages visited and the time spent there. The technology information allows me to assume the current or past tech stack of companies, which is useful for prospecting. Also, the initial setup of ZoomInfo Sales was very easy.

A lot of times, the company size is not correct, particularly the range, and it doesn't match with LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ZoomInfo Sales for prospecting accounts and leads, finding emails and contacts. WebSights helps track website engagement, and technology information displays current or past tech stacks.

In my role we need information and verification on certain roles being present in a site we are trying to dial in. ZoomInfo makes it way easier to find these contacts

I use ZoomInfo Sales to ensure that the contact information is correct and to find out the volume of the company. The setup was also great.

Sometimes the phone numbers are not correct, and we need to improve on that.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate ZoomInfo Sales for its data accuracy, which stands out compared to other tools in the same line and makes lead generation much easier for me. The integration with LinkedIn is particularly helpful as it aligns with my workflow and saves time by eliminating the need to switch tabs. The initial setup was very easy, thanks to the helpful customer support person who assisted us in every possible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that while about 80% of the data is available, it's sometimes challenging to find data for low and high management levels. It would be great if ZoomInfo Sales could work on improving this.

I use ZoomInfo Sales for lead generation, understanding target audiences, and getting accurate data. It solves lead management issues and enhances data accuracy, eliminating the need for data filtering and saving time. LinkedIn integration also saves time by keeping tasks in one tab.
