ZoomInfo
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo’s been super helpful for finding contacts fast. Most of the info is accurate and it saves me a ton of time prospecting. Some emails bounce here and there but overall it gets the job done. Bit pricey tho.
What do you dislike about the product?
Good tool but pricey & some data old, could use fresh data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to waste time chasing bad leads. Now we get decent data quick (not always perfect), and can reach the right ppl faster. Saves time and gets better convos started.
Good source for finding contact information for people in key roles at companies
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo provides mobile numbers and emails if available which are very hard to get at times and the best way to reach people these days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is incorrect or outdated on ZoomInfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Calling contacts that I need to speak with.
Great data enrichment tool.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo Sales is how it streamlines the entire prospecting process. It gives me access to one of the largest and most accurate B2B contact databases, which means I can quickly find decision-makers and reach out with confidence. The platform’s buyer intent data is especially powerful as it helps me identify companies that are actively researching solutions like mine, so I can prioritize leads that are more likely to convert.
What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo Sales is a powerful tool, there are a few drawbacks that can impact the user experience. One of the most common issues is data accuracy, as some contacts are outdated or incorrect, which can lead to wasted outreach efforts and missed opportunities. This is especially noticeable when targeting smaller or lesser-known companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales solves several key challenges in the sales process, and those solutions have had a direct impact on my productivity and results. One of the biggest problems it addresses is the time-consuming task of finding accurate contact information. With access to their databse, I can quickly identify decision-makers and reach out with confidence. It also helps me prioritize leads using buyer intent data, so I’m not wasting time on cold prospects but instead focusing on companies actively researching solutions like mine.
Strong Leads Within North America
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy for me to use and integrate within to my current systems. If I ever need help the customer support team have been very easy to get a hold of. Lots of features and works with Salesforce very easily, I use this every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The leads aren't always that strong within EMEA. I feel Zoom excels in the North American regions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering data within certain regions that would otherwise be extremely difficult for me to acquire.
Strong SFDC integration, but data accuracy and intent transparency miss the mark
What do you like best about the product?
The Chrome extension is fast and convenient, and the Salesforce (SFDC) integration is smooth. Pushing leads/accounts into SFDC with the right fields mapped is simple and reliable, which saves time in day-to-day prospecting and list building.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data accuracy is inconsistent. I’ve run into outdated company sizes, wrong locations, and records that lead to bounces - enough to slow campaigns and require manual re-verification.
Their “intent” capability hasn’t proven itself for me. Beyond high-level categories, I couldn’t get concrete, verifiable evidence to back up the signals. Competitors can provide more transparent proof, which makes validation and prioritization much easier.
Finally, the product needs to adopt more AI features that materially improve data quality and workflow: AI-driven validation and enrichment, de-dupe/merge suggestions, persona-aware targeting recommendations, and explainable intent (what changed, why it matters, and how confident the model is).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with quick research, building target account lists, and moving records into SFDC without manual data entry. The extension and integrations do streamline the workflow. However, the inconsistent data accuracy (titles, company sizes and website visits) and limited intent transparency have reduced the overall impact for demand gen so I mainly rely on it for firmographic context and quick lookups rather than as a standalone source of truth.

ZoomInfo simplifies B2B outreach and targeting
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo gives access to a large and regularly updated database of companies and contacts. I like how I can filter leads based on industry, job title, location, and other criteria, which makes prospecting faster. The contact information is usually accurate, and it helps save time when building lead lists
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contact info can be outdated, and the interface takes time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helped me quickly find verified contact details of decision-makers, which saved a lot of time compared to manual searching. It solved the problem of inaccurate or scattered lead data by providing everything in one place. This made it easier to build targeted lead lists and support the sales team with high-quality prospects

better than nothing - but missing some accuracies
What do you like best about the product?
its a great starting point to pinpoint key accounts and stakeholders. it can be used with any marketing campaign
What do you dislike about the product?
lots of data gaps that need enrichment. its difficult to know what emails and phone numbers are accurate - leading to bounce rates and wasted time. needs more data enrichment to be 100% usable and reliable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting contact information for prospecting -
Most amazing tool for B2B sales
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, the accuracy is what stands out for me. I don’t have to second-guess whether an email or phone number is real. That kind of reliability makes outreach way smoother and keeps my bounce rates low.
What do you dislike about the product?
f I had to pick something, I'd say the pricing can feel a bit high, especially for smaller teams or startups. Also, while most of the contact info is spot-on, you do run into the occasional outdated number or role. But honestly, no database is 100% perfect, and ZoomInfo still has way more accurate data than anything else I’ve used. The time it saves and the insights it gives totally outweigh the small hiccups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves one of the biggest problems in sales—finding the right people to talk to without spending hours on research. Before, I’d waste a ton of time digging through LinkedIn or company sites just to get basic contact info. Now, I can quickly find verified emails and phone numbers for hiring managers or decision-makers. It also helps me understand which companies are growing or hiring, so I can focus my outreach where there’s real potential. It’s made my prospecting faster, more targeted, and way more effective.
