No Brainer for any sales org
What do you like best about the product?
-Very easy product to use
-The info contained is accurate and updated in real time
-Our ability to use Sales OS has led directly to new customers

What do you dislike about the product?
-We do see instances from time to time where the contact info does not flow into our CRM correctly as well as contacts not updating correctly in our CRM

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS helps identify who you want to get in front of with your messaging/offer. You can add them to a list and set flows for emails and calls that automate the follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a lot of emails that bounce back, therefore not the current person or contact info. The information could be updated more, but the database is huge. It means you have to check your results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps identify the person you want to connect with and has their email and phone number.
It saves a lot of time mining for information.
We have added this as a lead channel because we can target the ideal customer, and reach out to them quicker. It is generating revenue.

ZoomInfo has the most accurate data out of all the software we have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being real time data. Sometimes it's hard to find new hires in the data base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me find accurate contact information and helps me reach them much faster with Cell #s and accurate emails.

mobile numbers, org charts (being able to see who works together or reports to who)

wish it was compatitable with LinkedIn Navigator

finding new ways to attack prospects - more (accurate) mobile numbers than any other software out there

The ability to export contacts directly into Salesforce, the accuracy of emails/phone numbers, and the breadth of contact data available

UI could be better. The web app UI hasn't been updated in years and could use some updating to make it easier to find what you're lookoing for

the tool has humungous data and great accuracy in terms of information provided. The best one is that the data is authentic and follows compliance guidelines. One of the best in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
However, sometimes the prospect information for lower seniority levels may be missing and the database of companies are little outdated. The team needs to work on updated information.

Customer data is accurate and sufficient for the purpose, also it helps managing them the way i need.

Its a great tool to be able to account map and research

The Data intergrity and accuracy is sub standard in AU & APAC. This needs to be fixed. Good solution to North America not so in APAC
