What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo SalesOS extensively in our sales operation. What stands out is the ability to rapidly discover quite possible leads with a too clear point of striking. I apreciate the diverse filters available; this enables us to contract pile to specific business emails and phone numbers. Additionally, supplementing emails and even getting headquarter numbers is a air. The export feature has sleek our workflow, making information modulation smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, I've noticed that sometimes the program provides damage striking info. I trust there's room for improvement in ensuring the information is ever updated and reflecting the factual user's information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

That I can't pull more than 1,000 contacts via a list download in a given month. Wish it was unlimited.

One of the best with zoominfo are the searching easlily and also getting the right contact person , and also some of the contacts has the accurate information ,

How i sort the contact based on country or location, sometimes the zoominfo is not really connecting to some of the integrated system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right contact and gathering the right information. And it help us to check and update the accurate contact number and email address of the client and it gives us to identify the company that are interested in Specific software. And also the company information and the revenue and the type of business that they have.

What do you like best about the product?
Data is accurately stored and keeps up to date information, it's insights are very helpful, duties over platform are easy to perform and it competes everyone on it's database, tools and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Soewhere I found it's prices are higher and the user interface is little bit complex for newbies. Further, the more you deal with complex data then the more risk you are taking. Also, some imrpovements can be done in dealing with complex data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem to identify and in understanding the prospects which helps in decision making. Also, it's automatic tools are making the tasks very easier. Our business has seen a major boom while using this. Very happy.

The customer support is extremely lacking; they neither respond calls.

ZoomInfo SalesOS effectively tackles challenges related to lead analysis, lead generation, email verification, account search, and provides valuable account insights for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Org charts and contact look up. Also, seeing some of the technology used at prospects, even though its not always accurate or updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacts are not always updated. Have seen this a lot more frequent in the last year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
finding the right contacts within my prospective accounts.

The ease of finding information with ZoomInfo and getting it back out smoothly, whether individual searches that export into Salesforce or large list updates.

I suppose just missing data, but this changes constantly as they update the site!

In support sales, I often need to quickly find names and numbers for contacts. ZoomInfo is my first and strongest tool to do so!

Using the same ID on two devices is not permitted.

The features include lead generation, email verification, data accuracy, cold calling, and CRM updates helps me alot in increasing my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has better contact info than any other app I've tried. We have several apps that give us contact data. We even use paid leads and the contact info in ZoomInfo is better than "warm" leads we're paying for.
If ZoomInfo and some other app have different contact info, the ZoomInfo contact info will be the right one over the other app almost every time.

What do you dislike about the product?
I just want more info! With WebSights & Intent info, I wish I could have more info about specifically who at the company is causing these signals to happen. However, I think that's against privacy laws or something - otherwise I'm sure ZoomInfo would give that info out if they could.

ZoomInfo tells us which companies were on our website, even if they did not fill out a form. So it's a great way for us to contact people from companies who may have visited our website.
Sometimes people fill out our forms with bad data. ZoomInfo gives us a way to get that data on their phone number so we can call them, for example.
The intent data tools help us see companies who have shown buying intent for our category of products - so we can then reach out to people at those companies & get in front of them at the right time. Because the biggest problem with a product like ours: a company may only be in the market for something like our product every decade or so. It's a slow moving market & 99% of the time won't be the right time. Getting in front of people at the right time is half the battle.
