The number one prospecting tool.
What do you like best about the product?
SalesOS is a solid feature, but not one I use often. Other outreach tools such as Outreach.io and hubspot tend to be more effecient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow with dialing, but my organization doesn't utilize it often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't use it here, it just came with the package I believe.
Great for Specific Insights on Contact Activity
What do you like best about the product?
I like that ZoomInfo provides insight into various phone numbers for prospects, and usually they are accurate. Additionally, I like that ZoomInfo provides inisght into whether a prospect is likely to engage on a given channel, whether it be cell phone, email, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it can be difficult to search for a prospect within the ZoomInfo interface, and that the search has to be exact or else ZoomInfo doesn't tend to pull similar or close-to results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is helping me bring prospects in bulk from SalesNavigator to Salesforce, and additionally is providing a solution for gaps in readily available contact information such as phone number or email.
Overall, ZoomInfo is a very helpful platform
What do you like best about the product?
Easily accessible information that is vital for success in sales. From direct, cell (mobile) numbers, and emails, to it's Intent features, ZI offers a lot of value to the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the platform were a bit easier to navigate. To elaborate, user experience is something that I personally value quite a bit, and I think that the platform is a bit cluttered at times which makes it feel like a chore to go through filters.
I also wish there was an easier way to import and edit a large volume of accounts so that I can have a lead list/account list that I can edit over time and track. Currently, my lead list can not be edited after submitting a CSV file or line-by-line import.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some problems ZI is solving for me include finding the correct contact info for prospects, as well as finding the right ICPs and what their engagement looks like for our services.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can target individuals within an organization that relates to your field!
What do you dislike about the product?
It could use more creature comfort features. It can be very difficult at times to navigate through lists that are to be downloaded.

I have seen more updates to lists that can be Match Backed in BI

Saves me so much time with my list building and identifying the corect contacts.

Not all of my targets are in the database, but that's to be expected.

Easiest and simple way to generate leads
What do you like best about the product?
Well, i do like most of the features, however the best one is Lead Quality and availability. I am able to achieve my monthly and quarterly targets with the help of zoominfo filters.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find any downside of zoominfo. For me it's a perfect account management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do everything from Lead generation to lead closure. It help me find my target audience, also help me time to time with latest account level insights.
Easy to use and accurate.
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo allows the business development team find proper phone numbers and email addresses. It is easy to use and fairly accurate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the phone numbers are not accurate and I do my best to update accordingly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDR, we need phone nubmers. ZoomInfo generally has direct phone numbers so we are more productive.
Best Salesflow Program Out There
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to drop pre-recorded voicemails saves a TON of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface could be less busy, but its pros far outweigh its cons.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is by far the best sales intelligence and prospecting platform out there. The ease with which you can import leads, put them in salesflows and then scale your outreach is the best in the market.
Amazing Sales Intelligence Platform
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales is great because it gives me access to a vast database of companies and contact information, providing valuable insights for sales prospecting and lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the pricing they're offering is relatively high, especially when you're a small business or entrepreneur. It also takes a bit of time to learn all about it and get the most of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is amazing because it provides me a vast database of companies and contact information, helping my sales teams identify and target their potential customers.
ZoomInfo is a great tool to use for market research when working with several different companies.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about ZoomInfo is probably the ease of being able to use it and how there are so many people from the companies. I am not sure how it would compare to competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some downsides are that obviously they do not have information about every single company out there, or the information could be inaccurate. I am sure they have some sort of quality check to try their best so this does not happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company that I work for has so many different accounts so to be able to reach new people at those comapnies, ZoomInfo is so helpful because we can research relevant titles of people we would like to reach.
