Indispensable sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find accurate contact info for prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
Search filters could be more intuitive, although this was greatly improved in latest release

Targeting new markets is easy with ZoomInfo
Amazing tool for info but poor UI/UX
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to find what my customers and prospects are researching in Intent Signals. It's great for finding contact info I need as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX/UI seems to be primarily for users who do not have a static account list assigned to them. I would love for my ZoomInfo dashboard to show info about my accounts, but instead it also includes random other companies that are similar to the accounts I've saved and uploaded. Scrolling through information is also very clunky with the upper half of the screen being taken up by general info and the bottom part of the screen scrolling the info I searched but only 25 records at a time and sometimes without a button at the bottom to load more records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It expedites the account research process by providing insights into my accounts. This saves me time but also allows me to have better conversations with my accounts and contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love ZoomInfo SalesOS because of its amazing ability to quickly and easily transfer new prospect information into my Salesforce database. It helps me identify the right people with great accuracy by understanding a company's structure and giving me insights into their size, technology they use, etc., so we can tailor our approach specifically for them. What I like best is that it also provides mobile phone numbers; this makes follow-up communication so much more convenient and personal than an email address - especially in these days of remote working, which is becoming increasingly popular across many sectors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the lack of cyber security in the ZoomInfo SalesOS. Constant interruptions and background noise can make it difficult to concentrate during a Zoom call, especially when many people are on at the same time. In addition, there are serious risks associated with using an insecure platform like this for sales activities; customers could access or participate without proper security precautions in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS saves us time by seamlessly integrating with our current CRM with an easy-to-use interface for direct phone numbers. With this tool, I no longer have to search through piles of paperwork and documents to find contact information - it's all in one convenient place.
Excellent tool for generating data base.

The up-to-date database of companies and recent scoop for companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much data for APAC companies. Plus not regular updates of database for mid size companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to get refined lead mining with the filter present. Plus also give us a holistic view of the target companies.

ZoomInfo's ability to grab relevant information for leads and make it easily obtainable for prospecting.

Slight bugginess but that's to be expected.

They are trying to solve but not solving anything, so there are no benefits at all.

I wish i could have used earlier. Best sales tool in the market
What do you like best about the product?
I use it primarily for marketing purposes. I run campaigns, do all account management work, and reporting on this.
What do you dislike about the product?
So in our last company, there were 20 people who used Zoom info, but we only got 10 or 12 licenses, so our major issue was if we used the same id on two different systems simultaneously and it logged us out and didn't even save the search.
