What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo allows my sellers to identify ideal customers when they are ready to make a decision. They can generate a pipeline with urgency while confidently targeting our customized buying committee.
What do you dislike about the product?
If administrators are unfamiliar with SalesOS and have not completed the SalesOS certificate training; sellers will have difficulty adopting the tools. Training and education are critical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo addresses the challenge of Buyer Intent and urgency. Using the various intelligence tools available, we can email prospects showing intent and dial only those that have raised their hands. This helps eliminate wasteful manhours manually dialing on prospects that are still researching and not ready to make a decision.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy is it to navigate through my accounts and dig up the right and best contacts inside the companies by filtering roles, using preset filters tailored to my need, like buying committees, scoops, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I might be missing key shortcuts to be more effective and efficient in gathering the information needed for me as an account manager to use its full potential. Perhaps more tutorials should be available for me to learn how to use the tools better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering valuable information regarding companies, industries and key contacts to ease my job and sharpen my approach by providing useful information like email addresses, phone numbers, extensions, mobiles, social media profile links, and more.

It shows accurate information and provides insight into a companies recent and old activities which helps with outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about Zoominfo.

Cost wise too high, triple the cost as compare to other B2B tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a BDM working for a Staffing and Recruitment firm, me and my team need data for the US region, so we require different filters as per our needs and requirement. Zoominfo fulfill all.
Haven't heard back in 2 months on basic troubleshooting questions
What do you like best about the product?
Good for a quick way of getting a ton of emails, though not as accurate as they advertise
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is a slap in the face. Basic problems like the fact that when we add newly found data to their system it doesn't save. CS rep said he'd get back to us on all of our issues. Haven't heard from him in 2 months. Reached out to old sales rep and implementation manager and no one replies. Wild....

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing related to features and use, only thing is cost is very high as compare to other tools

As an Account executive, I work for SAAS-based products in USA and Canada, So I require a lot of data to generate meetings. Zoominfo able to provide the exact data for my target audience, wether phone numbers or emails.

Chrome integration makes the prospecting process easier and more accessible

Prospect's info has a high percentage of being wrong

The prospecting process is easier and more organized, where we can filter and categorize the contact's Data

What do you like best about the product?
It has all the required data stored, important for prospecting and for a business to grow. For, identifying potential connections in this tech-led time it's crucial.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be updated. sometimes I don't find exact data, and the numbers or emails are not updated, wrong, or unavailable, hindering the prospecting process. Please, check and fix that aspect with updated and correct data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom info has great data storage, it helps me to perform market research activities nicely and i figure out the companies and contacts who could be potential clients for my company. It's helpful for lead generation, calls, and emails.
Do trust them to honor their contracts? Terrible experience.
What do you like best about the product?
The software is good and they provide good training but to use it most effectively you need a dedicated person/team to get the best use. If you are a small business, it may not be right for you because you will spend too much time learning the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The salesperson lied and the billing department did not honor the contract. We were not told that you must have a Gmail or Microsoft account in order to use some of the features of the software. It took us two weeks to get email accounts moved to a Gmail account and it delayed us on use the software. The contract says that our first payment would be 60 days have the contract was signed. They started billing us right away and when I asked the salesperson to help, he did very little to help. I got an email that said it was taken care of then I started getting calls from their debt collectors. The billing department is hard to reach and does not answer emails and the salesperson just disappeared.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is not solving any problem at this point, it is just an aggravation. I have not realized any benefits and have wasted a lot of money.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing is the depth of pertinent information at a single click... knowing the numbers I have are LMOST Always on target is GAME CHANGER!
What do you dislike about the product?
The limit of 25 exports at a time to our SugarCRM is a bit of a bummer.

We used a competitive product for a few years (Luscha) which had such old contact data is was almost useless. ZoomInfo deliver amazing result immediately.
