Discover how ZoomInfo SalesOS can improve your sales strategy

What do you like best about the product?
I find ZoomInfo SalesOS incredibly helpful in finding and connecting with the right people within a company. Its intuitive navigation makes it easy for users to get a complete view of a company's structure, personnel, departments, as well as past changes made to individual profiles. This feature helps me keep track of whether or not they are still employed by their respective organisations, which is invaluable knowledge when engaging leads down the pipeline. The fact that there is no significant learning curve adds further value to my overall experience with this remarkable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that ZoomInfo SalesOS does not prevent bad search results from being exported. Also, it can be confusing when a prospect has multiple profiles on ZoomInfo due to job changes and we have to recall DNC numbers for each profile to communicate with the consumer. To make things easier, I suggest implementing an automated system to identify duplicate profiles as quickly as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With ZoomInfo SalesOS, I'm able to better understand the needs of my potential customer base. The analytics allow me to identify trends and target key accounts more accurately, increasing our success rate in closing deals.

What do you like best about the product?
All possible filters are there
Contact and Email accuracy is pretty good

Price is high as compare to other tools in the market

Being a VP sales- i am heading a team of 20 Sales professional and we have to meet our sales target, so here comes the zoominfo providing data for our market and able to generate 3x pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the quality of the information, contacts, purchasing propensity, and detailed financial information that can be obtained through the simple filters of the advanced search. I like how easy it is to export data to different formats and even better directly to Salesforce, this option is really useful and allows excellent management of resources, time, and efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the contact information is out of date.
I think that the filters applicable to job positions could be even more precise. search conditionals can sometimes end up in redundancies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prospecting new clients and transferring huge amounts of data to different platforms has become very easy and fast thanks to the integrated functions of Zoom Info.

What do you like best about the product?
We are extremely impressed with ZoomInfo's SalesOS and value its lead generation capabilities. Not only does it help us run effective campaigns, but the easy-to-use interface increases efficiency and enjoyment for our team. It is particularly helpful that contact information such as LinkedIn accounts is attached to each prospect record; having a one-stop-shop for prospects has increased productivity immensely! Going forward, it would be beneficial to take ZoomInfo's success into account when developing future marketing strategies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the fact that ZoomInfo SalesOS has not had much focus. The fact that we can only get PDFs for reports and have to run the same query three times just to get different results for different companies makes it inefficient. If we could export the data to an Excel spreadsheet, we would save more time and get better insight from a management perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform benefits me by allowing me to quickly identify and contact qualified leads, create an efficient sales process tailored to each customer, as well as speed up the sales process.

Data accuracy plays a crucial role in ensuring the reliability of information and I see there are many wrong info which is yet to update in zoominfo salesOS.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has proven to be a valuable asset in my role as an SDR. Its feature set and user-friendly interface have significantly improved my productivity and effectiveness. The extensive contact database has helped me identify potential prospects more efficiently, while the intent data helped me reach out to the right companies that are on the lookout for the software I am selling.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where ZoomInfo could improve is in their customer support. While they offer support channels such as email and phone, the response times can sometimes be delayed, leading to a longer resolution process.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is helping us find the right personas with accounts we are targeting with high rates of email and phone information. This is especially helpful in Europe where data is harder to come by. The Salesforce integration makes it very easy to get good contact data into our CRM with minimal effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point everything is working well for us .

Identifying the contacts we are looking for based on specific roles/personas within target accounts. Supplying us with dependable contact information to enable use to execute outbound campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has excellent integration with our existing systems and tools. The ease of use is unmatched compared to the competition. Multiple date points offered on a single prospect.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that ZoomInfo is not integrated with SalesNav or LinkedIn to gain the most up-to-date information. This would help to understand turnover and keep information fresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo makes prospecting easy and efficient. I am able to shorten my research time on a company or prospect by going to ZoomInfo and seeing title, contact information, and sometimes even a picture.
