What do you like best about the product?
Having data insights into people you are speaking with or wanting to engage has been powerful and valuable. I truly enjoy logging in every day to do outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sadly not enough time was allocated to use all of the functionality and learn more about its potential.

it allows us to put certain tasks on auto-pilot by keeping our leads nurtured and fresh for a conversation.

Well, Zoominfo new Gen AI features are best if you know how to use it and get best out of it. AI call summary, dashboards and lead intelligence

I can't think of anything at this point, still a happy ZI user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am current working for USA and Canada market. So i need data everyday to run campaigns and cold calling.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the features that ZoomInfo SalesOS provides. Its search capabilities allow me to quickly and accurately locate multiple contacts with a single query, making it an invaluable resource. I can further refine my searches by selecting additional criteria related to what I'm looking for, making it ideal for any purpose. In addition, its accuracy score provides peace of mind that the contact information is accurate and up-to-date - something no other site can do! All in all, ZoomInfoSalesOS checks all the boxes when it comes to finding relevant details from potential sources - certainly one of the best tools out there today.
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that the data in ZoomInfo SalesOS is out of date, making it difficult to find what I'm looking for. Without proper training on the platform, user error can result in inaccurate or incomplete prospect lists during the list building phase. To prevent these issues and ensure the accuracy of key information in all searches and contact lists, regular user training should be conducted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I benefit from ZoomInfo SalesOS because it helps me stay on top of the ever-evolving business email lingo. With this knowledge, I'm more likely to get my message across and make valuable business connections.
Easy Learning Curve, Feature-Packed Service
What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive the interface is, how easy it was to learn and pull lists. The account team has been very helpful in teaching new insights and ways to truly leverage the platform features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike about the platform per se, but it has been challenging to narrow in on companies and contacts in our unique industry of meat processing and wood cutting. It is hard to find companies that label themselves as "distributors" - however, this isn't a fault of the platform itself. The account team has helped us think of new ways to narrow down, which is appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is helping us find contacts in our industry that we can use to prospect. It is much more efficient at scale than LinkedIn or trade magazines.

Sometimes the cotact data is inaccurate.

Gives precise contact information and is very easy to look up referrals.

Sometimes hesitates on search bar pulling the whole company instead of the individual.

Streamlining the Sales Process
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to quickly navigate an organizations employee chart, to help me determine the appropriate decision makers for my sales outreach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there would be a constant scrubbing process as I have come across contacts that are found on LinkedIn but found outdated information in Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly target contacts at a company I am researching.
A Must for Sales & Marketing Teams

Very user-friendly interface and probably the most accurate contact data on the market.

I have been in sales for over 20 years and currently have access to both SalesOs and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I lean on ZI more, which might be recency bias, but I find that having access to cell phone numbers and (mostly) accurate email address provides better access to buyers/decision makers.

Data isn't always 100% accurate, and you need to make sure that your site admin understands all the features available, or else you won't get as much out of the platform as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building lists for Salesloft cadences, finding phone numbers to reach key decision makers.
