Prospecting Made Easy

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are several filters for removing prospects and that it has become more tied into ZoomInfo Engage. The layout is pretty good and with the new updates, adding them to sales flows is now a breeze. I also like that you can filter OUT keywords when searching for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could drag and sort by columns. I know you can edit some out, but the layout can leave a lot to be desired in some cases. I also wish some company entries could be consolidated. For example, Gold Medal Industries and GMI in Ohio could be combined because it's the same company. It'd also be nice if a line on the main page showed if a company is a subsidiary of another company. For example, Quaker Oats is owned by PepsiCo or Bulk Apothecary is owned by Natural Essentials. I also wish that it would include an office/country HQ phone number. For example, if a company is based in Germany the HQ number is always that German number instead of a certain country's HQ. So if I'm in the US, I'd like to see the US' HQ number there istead of Germany's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me by having the information all in one section. When I was with another company, we had to find all that information ourselves and gatekeepers made it very hard. ZoomInfo SalesOS will (often) tell me their direct number, business email, what branch they're in, etc. This helps me prospect properly instead of wasting my time trying to skirt around a gatekeeper or trying to figure out a name to contact.

Amazing Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to reach out DIRECTLY to the correct person who handles what I need. I appreciate the accuracy of the information. I have used several competitors and none have been as accurate
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there needs to be an easier way to use the information and not require as much education. Also the cost is very prohibative. I think they need to make a system that is cheaper for more users

Zoom info allows me to reach the proper people wihtin a company who are decision makers and can help to move my business forward. I am able to quickly reach the right people

What do you like best about the product?
The way our company has utilized ZoomInfo is a great learning for us as a team. How different features have been useful for us irrespective of having different LOB's.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally think that it includes the data that no longer exists, companies are defunct, emails no longer work, numbers have been changed. The tool is not up to date
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get the direct numbers of the prospects which saves us a lot of time as a team. The direct integration with our CRM is the best thing that has happened because of ZoomInfo

What do you like best about the product?
Unlimited contacts, easily manage tasks via list creation, and tagging. Ability to feedback information regarding wrong contacts, and the speed at which the info is updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
As an administrator of the account it is challenging to change users rights when I have leavers and joiners. The 2 factor authentication has been problematic at times requiring support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increased sales opportunities by finding more decision makers at targeted accounts. Websights allow us to target prospects that have visited our site, which is very beneficial.

Zoom in on a great way to connect and meet

What do you like best about the product?
Zoom is easy to use and operates smoothly. My favorite feature of any video conferencing application is the ease of chatting and connecting with participants. In addition, it has a file sharing component, particularly for recording storage in the cloud, which can be accessed easily. Additional features such as Zoom Rooms make business meetings more professional than ever, providing an innovative way to efficiently share content within a company or between external organisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that interruptions and background noise on Zoom calls can be disruptive to the conversation. Too many voices talking at once makes it hard for me to concentrate, which is quite distracting. Additionally, there have been reports of security issues with people accessing or participating in unsecured Zoom conferences, which adds an extra layer of concern when using this platform. Finally, if you need more participants than the free version allows, this limitation can be inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom solves the problem of connecting with people all over the world, which has been a great benefit for me in my remote work. I no longer need to be a technical expert when it comes to making phone calls, as Zoom makes it incredibly easy - simply by providing links that can be quickly inserted into chat conversations.

Unlike other CRM's the email formats are often times successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the "intent" subjects to not be as "hot" as implied. I do find new companies but question if they are really looking for my services.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the most useful feature of ZoomInfo SalesOS is its ability to seamlessly integrate with my Salesforce system and quickly import contact details for prospects. Zooming in on an organisation's contacts is a breeze as I can quickly familiarise myself with the structure they have implemented without much effort. In addition, the information provided, such as their size and the technology they use, makes it easy to gain insight into how we need to approach them. Access to mobile phone numbers is also invaluable when researching leads. This is not only because it is one step closer than an email address, but also because more and more people are working away from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I get very frustrated when I use ZoomInfo to look up contact information and find that key contacts do not appear on the list. This is particularly true for small medical companies, including veterinary. Often only a few people are listed in their ZoomInfo profiles, but several are listed elsewhere on the company's website. It would be helpful if all relevant contacts were included in a company's profile. This will ensure that time is not wasted searching other sources due to incomplete records in this database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo solves the problem of time-consuming searches for company information, making it easier to find and interact with potential customers. This benefits me by allowing me to quickly identify organisations that are similar to mine, providing me with an effective pool of leads for networking opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
we did upgrade to copilot add on this year and the team has given positive feedback.. uses advanced features and ai to do one on one outreach to potential prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
i have no improvements. Any issues we have had with the product have been handled quickly and accurately from the zoom team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
able to pull new leads with very significant data into out database to prospect for new business opportunities and proposals. zoom has proven time and again to provide the most robust data set of emails and phone numbers for my team to reach the right people to engage with

ZoomInfo SalesOS - Amazing Sales Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The Intent feature is the best I have used so far; getting insights about the topics relevant to our business and customizing our outreach so that we can reach our revenue goals steals the show for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time for my exported contacts/companies to reflect as "already present in CRM", which sometimes results in finding the same company 2-3 times instead of unexported contacts/companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was getting tough for us to find new leads as per our target segment, but since we switched to ZoomInfo and started using "Advanced Search" and "Intent" we are seeing an exponential increase in our lead influx.
