Accurate and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the database is organized. It is easy to find what I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of any downside. I find that the data is always accurate, which is very important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me target the right companies and contacts based on multiple data points.

The advanced search allows very specific searches allowing to focus on the right prospects

I'm not seeing any downside to using Zoom Sales OS.

Best tool I have ever used!
What do you like best about the product?
The accuracy is by far the best feature. I also love that cell phones are listed with a personal email. I have had excellent results in reaching prospective clients with the information provided via ZoomInfo.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish all accounts had the Technology attributes complete, but I understand it is a work in progress. I also have my 'feed' tied to the area I cover as a sales rep; however, I still get accounts outside that scope in my 'feed.'
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My daily go-to for ALL things prospecting! Having an accurate direct line and phone number is the biggest challenge in prospecting. ZoomInfo solves this by providing these tools in one place, quickly and accurately.
Easy access to reliable business contact info
What do you like best about the product?
The ZoomInfo chrome extension saves a ton of time researching revenue, staff size, contacts, and relevant technologies used by businesses in my industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
While most of the contact and technology information is comprehensive, I'm still compelled to cross-reference with other sources (LinkedIn, websites, etc ...) to ensure accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides business intelligence that enhances my ability to idententify relevant businesses, prioritize prospects, and connect with decision-makers.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and access, the tools they have created are some of the simplest and resourseful I have ever seen. I have used there competetors for years but nothing comes close to ZoomInfo!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slightly difficult to get ahold of the account manager at times. There credit allowance and purchasing of extra credits is not the easisest process to go through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have over 20,000 companies in our area, and with Covid, it has made it incredibly difficult to make door-to-door sales. The ability to find the key person in each company at the tip of your fingers is golden.
Excellent sales tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to research a company's technology purchases, financials (to a degree) and key stakeholders for the solutions I'm representing is invaluable. It's an essential market-building tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data about technology isn't as accurate as I'd like. I don't know how it's verified or if it's confirmed at all (i.e., is this crowdsourced information). Some of the searchings can get a little wonky. At one point, if I capitalized SAP, it would get no result. If I input sap- in lowercase- the result would come through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its source data that I didn't have prior. So it's helping me align targets to initiatives in my markets. Id say that it definitely shortens the time to find prospects.

The best resource for prospecting new business
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo saves me hours each week by providing accurate information I can rely on. It makes prospecting new business easy! ZoomInfo is the best resource my company provides for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could make requesting information easier. When information is out of date there should be an easier option to submit new information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use ZoomInfo to find the correct title and contact information for businesses I am contacting. It removes the headache of researching 95% of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can receive detailed information about the company, the employee's contact information, and the details of their searches towards our keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much not to like. However, the integration of apps for users vs admin could be a little easier. The support channel is very helpful with any questions or issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has solved the beginning faze of lead generation with valuable contact information. This has been a great benefit to Polo 4PL as we have already generated a handful of leads that are now our customers.
