ZoomInfo SalesOS is a great platform if you are looking for more effective prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The effectiveness that we started to have in contacting the right people and potentials according to our requirements and the level of prospecting that ZoomInfo gives us is of utmost importance for decision-making in future marketing strategies that we can carry out in our organization. It has a straightforward and dynamic interface, making the work experience much more flexible and friendly. We find it amazing that they leave visible the LinkedIn page of the person you want to contact; that way, you don't need to open another tab to find it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a platform with a lot of effectiveness, but they are very strict when offering the service since they do not provide a single free package as a test where you can enjoy the information search tools. That is what mainly matters of the platform; paying for your license from the first time you use it and want to enjoy these tools is strictly necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Undoubtedly much greater effectiveness and increases potential customers. Saving time in deciding the areas you want to cover in advertising to offer our service. We have expanded our interests thanks to the results that the ZoomInfo platform has given us in its information management.

What do you like best about the product?
Well, I love being able to find the people I want to recruit from any company and industry. I feel it genuinely gives. me an advantage, and I am only using about 5% of its potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a big dislike, but I would like SMS and to utilize it in a talentflow. Hopefully Zoominfo will come out with the feature eventually.

FALSE INFO - MISLEADING
What do you like best about the product?
NOTHING - conceptually, i appreciate what their intent is, but my experience has been anything but positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo gathered my phone number and is now curating a false account and selling that information without doing any diligence. I am receiving calls on a daily basis asking me about different businesses with which I have no affiliation. I do not know how they sourced my full name and contact information, but I DO NOT trust them as a viable source. Clearly, they are misleading customers and providing fraudulent information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
nothing. They have only made my life more difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to the global contact information of prospects. Excellent customer support and agile response to any requirements. A top-tier platform for an adequate Key Account Management plan.

Pricing is not highly competitive although it has outstanding features that worths the effort.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability of ZoomInfo to simplify user life is its best feature. You don't come across a tool that can simplify your professional life every day. Now I can truly save time and focus on other things for lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue I have with ZoomInfo Sales is that the phone number, email, and other details aren't always accurate. But there's always room for improvement, just like with any other tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most of the time, that would mean having simple access to companies that we need to contact in order to obtain certain pieces of information. I used to have to do it manually, but with ZoomInfo's assistance, I can quickly export the contact information of our target customers for sales scouting.

You will never get the wrong information inside ZoomInfo. The data is continuously updated and easy to use, especially with their google chrome extension that makes it easier for you to get the company data directly from their website or LinkedIn page
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to work on flexible pricing plans for multiple types of companies. Their service is good, and I understand that they need to keep it close to only companies who can afford the package, but they should give access to medium companies with fewer functionalities maybe and lower price

it helped me to get the contact information of decision-makers of one of the biggest companies in the UAE, which i think it's tough to get to those people unless you have some big connexions

Zoominfo is a one stop shop. It allows me to have all the information I need in one place and ease of use; the Chrome extension and interface are interactive.
I do have access to other tools such as Zoominfo and Owler. However, I do not use them simply because I don't need to. Zoominfo provides me with all the information I need.

Signing in to Zoominfo takes a while, sometimes I have to click on it a few times before it signs me in; they need to update the information on the site as I often find a list of contacts that either don't have a email address at all or just a wrong email address or a phone number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One site for all the information and contacts I need: I can import lists and contacts directly into SalesLoft cadences and to Salesforce without any problems; it saves me a lot of time trying to find references on Google as it provides a lot of info in one place.
I can also use "Insights" by leveraging the scoops function to customise my email to prospects and increase the chance of a conversion.

The accuracy of contact data within ZoomInfo is the most essential feature.

The Zoom info plugin experience is inconsistent across different websites. Doesn't always load when required.

ZoomInfo has a very user-focused dashboard. It has a very large database of companies and contacts. It is a nice tool for data enrichment and pre-sales call planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve involved - especially in large dataset analysis. At times, it can be inaccurate as one can have multiple numbers for employee counts on the same company page.

It is a tool used for incomplete data enrichment and enhancement. Our sales team also uses the database information on companies and contacts in their pre-sales call planning.

In my twenty years as a salesperson, ZoomInfo SalesOS has proven to be the most invaluable resource I've ever utilized. The seamless integration with Salesforce makes it even better. Their B2B database is by far the best in terms of accuracy and up-to-date and complete contact information. Extensive tools such as org charts came into play when sorting out unqualified leads from existing databases for our team's convenience. Every day, this platform provides me with new insights on how I could help move things forward more efficiently while keeping quality oversight intact at all times -- something that can only succeed with noticeable improvements right away! To benefit quickly enough, taking their free certification courses plus participating in live training sessions should do wonders; however easily, you can succumb to its appealing features soon afterward - time flies before realizing they have gone off too quickly!

I wouldn't say I like that data accuracy is not always guaranteed in ZoomInfo SalesOS. Although there are many reliable and accurate records, it also includes outdated connections and incorrect job titles or phone numbers, which can deter practical prospecting activities. Additionally, better integration with LinkedIn to capture more detailed information regarding potential customers, such as their actual locations, would be beneficial in increasing the system's overall effectiveness.

The primary benefit of ZoomInfo SalesOS is its capability to help identify potential buyers based on desired personas and anticipate purchases through buyer intent. It also offers a great interaction experience with the Engage platform, facilitating an efficient inbound and outbound call process.
