What do you like best about the product?
The analytics of which features I utilize most, the follow up emails and having a paper trail to reference afterwards!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Not at all. I love it. There is nothing I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording conversations and making sure I'm able to follow up on the action items and remind my clients of what they said too.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using ZoomInfo for 10+ years from originally a personal production standpoint and for the past 8 years from helping train my Sales & Recruitment teams on how to prospect and grow their accounts. Since the acquisition/merger by DiscoverOrg, I've found ZoomInfo to be very resourceful with some of the new search parameters, intent signals, news, etc. which outweighs some of the competitors that I've shopped and tested.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue I've run into over the years, and a problem that seems to grow more and more is the inaccurate data- i.e. employees that are no longer at the organization, missing contact information, or sometimes listing a personal cell as a business phone (which can lead to upset or irritated prospects).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems ZoomInfo helps us solve is when determining which new organizations and contacts we want to prospect, but also which contacts to target when mushrooming our active/current accounts. Additionally, ZoomInfo is helpful with giving us the intent/buying signals and recent news articles or changes to employees (recent employees who left or joined) at the organization.

Worst SaaS Investment and Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
Enrich part of the data in CRM.
Honestly we do not find much things helpful, most enrich intention are failed with null data.

There's other tools in the market provide better data and care more about customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Cover only very small percentage of the data in Hubspot, actually I think only extra 10% of the data been enriched. Very low.

- We try to end the contract after 1 year. But the contract is auto-renew, we are a really small company, do not have someone dedicated to handle these terms. We try to negotiate with days after 2 days auto-renew due. But no luck. We have to pay full whole year contract price without any room to negotiate. So we end up paying a tool that we are not using.
Basically their team is sales-centric, never care about customers' success, instead they are just thinking everything to upsell and push sales while their product actually doesn't work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enrich CRM data to better understand customer and do the targeting.

But they failed to that, that's better tools in the market already.

We do not get any benefits from this investment, actually it's our worst investment.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo's SalesOS helps identify the right persona that you are looking to prospect. It helps identify what makes them the best prospect and show if they have any intent so far in your type of product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it rocks. The tool is super helpful in many different ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is hard to find the right persona, and then send it to your CRM (SalesForce or Outreach and more)

Amazing tool for Sales Executive!

What do you like best about the product?
The best use I find is the advanced filter option, by which we can easily profile target companies based on location. Also, through the target job titles, we can reach out to particular prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although ZoomInfo is very insightful and helpful tool for sales, the only downside that I find is that sometimes the contacts are not updated, or sometimes wrong contacts are present for the prospects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest help that Zoominfo provides is in prospecting the target accounts. Reaching out to propsect whose contact is not there with us, it is so easy with zoominfo.

Great from an Operations Perspective

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice having a ton of control over what data is exported to CRM (Salesforce in our case) and how it's exported - it seems like there is more customization than some competitors in this area. It's also great for keeping account data updated. Scoops and Intent are nice as well.

The integration with Salesforce that creates custom objects for Scoops and Intent is great because you can build your own automations from that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our sales team sometimes complains about data quality but every data vendor will have some issues. There are often discrepancies between how many employees a company has when comparing ZI to say, LinkedIn - but they are two different methods of collecting the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Keeping account data up to date and standardized for Account Scoring and building territories
- Allowing our sales team to find the right people to reach out to
- Automating creation of accounts and prospects in Salesforce
- Allows our sales team to easily create prospects in CRM with the chrome extension

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about zoom info has to be the Intent feature. Having the ability to form a list of leads based on specific features that are unique to your needs is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information provided can be old or inaccurate. For example, the direct lines for certain employees within a company may not have been updated in the last year or so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows me to build a large pipeline and maintain my leads. It allows me to easily bring in new leads while also staying up to date on the staffing situation at my current companies.

What do you like best about the product?
That we get the right point of contact for the prospective business, which is valid, and working there, and I have reached out to many new prospect businesses through the zoom info.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I disliked thing in the zoom info, but i have found one fault if the person left the company zoom info will take a couple of weeks to remove them from the zoom info list but still it is a very helpful platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we face is finding the right point of contact for the prospective businesses but zoom info solved this problem out by the providing the right information of the company
