The absolute must have tool for any Sales Professional
What do you like best about the product?
-Zoominfo helps you target the right prospects and saves time in searcing and researching the right personas, if you know the right keywords for the people you are looking for, and if you take 5-10 minutes to set up an Advanced search filter, you're good to go for a long time, the best part is you get notified if any people get added to your saved search criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
-A lot of times ZoomInfo takes a couple of months to switch one person's profile to another company when he/she has moved away, which we always have to manually check their linkedin profile for; if not, the email bounces and this hampers the reporting dashboards for outbound prospecting by increasing the bounce rate of emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Zoominfor streamlines finding the right prospect to target and helps in the cold outreach by letting the contacts being imported to the CRMs like salesforce,hubspot etc and then to outbound mailing automation tools like outreach.

What do you like best about the product?
For me the level of data at your fingertips is immense. Then taking it to the next level with the Intent feature it just makes prospecting soo so seamless.
Vs similar platforms I'd say Zoom isn't the easiest to get to grips with straightaway. However, it doesn't take long to learn the features and searches required. The level of detail returned back is worth it and far greater

What do you dislike about the product?
For me it took me a few play arounds with the platform. The amount of filters can seem daunting but they are very much worthwhile. I'd like to see some improvements in the way of prebuilt filters or suggestions based on industry etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zooming is currently allowing me to find new prospects. I am also enriching my existing book which is helping me personalise my outreach and be more specific.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about zoom info is that it is beneficial and it is a one-stop shop for me when I have to find any of my prospects email or information. It helps us alot in our field and everyone around me

What i dislike about it is at times it is outdated and it sometimes embarrass us as the person we are trying to reach has left the company or at times even died which makes the people we are calling very angry

It is updating data which is very important as it would help us in getting to the point of contact very quickly and would save us a lot of time in which we can make our calls and make sales
Prospecting made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Having information and contacts to businesses and helping with making prospecting less stressful. Reachsearching a company time has gone down tremendously since I got with zoom info.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is some of the contacts that don't have a higher-accurate grade tend to be a waste of points when we reach out. It ends up being some one who used to work there at the company, and someone else cames in and takes their place. Makes awkward conversations and makes us look unprofessional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just finding leads, to begin with. Access to businesses vertically and geography with contact names and numbers behind them makes the prospecting journey so much easier.
