Great for prospecting and finding new opportunities

What do you like best about the product?
Having org charts and being able to see different technologies that companies are using. If you're in the software space, it's a huge game changer and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish this was more fully integrated with CRM, if there was a plugin or app within our CRM so that we don't have to bounce between windows and systems. Sometimes data can be outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not being able to see the correct contacts and their contact info, ZI provides all of that and is great to source contacts into my CRM easily and quickly. Love it!

ZoomInfo SalesOS The Best!

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has the best of all the information we need to do prospecting in sales. It has not only general information about POCs in a company but also their emails and phone numbers to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I feel should have a look into or taken care of is the follow-up and update of data available on ZoomInfo SalesOS. I faced a couple of instances where the POC has either left the company, or his contact information is changed but not updated on ZoomInfo SalesOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is helping greatly in my performance and sales growth since I can reach out to the relevant point of contact with a thorough grip on my sales pitch.

What do you like best about the product?
The company summary, available on the company overview page, is handy. It helps Sales/Salesops to understand clear picture like buying intent, scoops, hirings, fundings etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Org structure available for the particular company does not seem to be accurate; I have seen instances like same person reports to multiple managers. Hope this can be resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier I was not able to download the company summary on the company overview page. Now, it shows an option to download it in various formats. It is beneficial.

I always find the latest contact info of the company from Zoominfo, it's an amazing resource and helped all my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Apparently, there are no downsides of Zoominfo.

Sometimes the information can be outdated, however cross referencing with other sources helps.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the filter options they provided. The insights are way more accurate than we had previously thought they may be for our unique industry. The plug in works great especially for linkedin.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to search and work with some of our customers who do not have a website. Or the website may not be easily accessible. I wish the integration was a little more customizable with our SalesForce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having trouble finding the right point of contact and understanding the hierarchy in the businesses we were connecting with. It provided some insight there.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is an excellent help in prospecting the account assigned to us by our company; we get the company and the contact information. That helps us contact our prospects
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo is the best for prospecting, but The only thing I dislike about ZoomInfo is that sometimes the information is outdated or the contact never existed in the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I have mentioned above, it is an excellent help for prospecting. We don't have to go blank while contacting our prospect accounts. At least we have a primary and better idea about our prospect accounts.

ZoomInfo enabled me to maximize my work hours' utility by providing valuable information and insights, which helped me to perform better and achieve more success.
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo must target organizations and sales managers to increase visibility and offer tailor-made buying programs. I had to purchase a subscription with my own money as the organization did not see ZoomInfo's value as I did.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-referencing the information I have about a sales prospect, developing a sales pitch, and gathering data and insights into trends and patterns among my target market and customers.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo enhances my productivity and availability. It demonstrates my commitment to the people I interact with and enables me to deliver the best and fastest service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The increasing cost. It was value for money earlier but the price keeps increasing. Besides that, everything that ZoomInfo SalesOS offers is the best and most reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing productivity. I earlier faced issues which now have been completely resolved by ZoomInfo SalesOS. It is now much easier to reach new customers and keep them engaged.
