What do you like best about the product?
The ability to import Account lists from Salesforce in order to set up certain trackers has been incredibly helpful. I like being able to see, at a glance, accounts that I should be going after rather than hoping I'm targeting the right company at the right time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data can be a bit misleading or inaccurate but that's understandable. No one company / product / service can guarantee 100% accuracy. Even still, I've found SalesOS to be right most of the time, so it's rather reliable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest one is who across my book of business is most likely to be interested in my product and services. I'm more productive because I have insights being served up to me rather than having to dig through various data sources - saves me time and helps me be more targeted and effective.
I will recommend because its a time saver.
What do you like best about the product?
Some of the most helpful things for me include the accuracy of the contact details, the straightforward language used to navigate the different options and the relevancy of the available information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its nothing that big if you compare it with the benefits of ZoomInfo SalesOS, but sometimes it lags a little when trying to access large data quantity. Still, I guess that's because of the huge data manipulation involved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS is helping me win business as when I know the right point of contact in a target organization, then half of my worries have been taken care of :).

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is it is very user-friendly. It is easy to use. It is highly recommended for the company. CRM has great functions, it can be integrated with many applications
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many applications that can be integrated. It has a compatibility issue. Sometimes it takes time to load. the Errors interrupts the work sometimes.

It is user-friendly so as a new user. It helps me reach my customer. Its navigation is very easy. It gives good information of the customer. The CRM is user friendly

There are not many applications that cannot be integrated or is not compatible. It takes time to load and lags sometimes. Loading errors can interpret the quality of work

It is user-friendly so as a new users. It helped me to understand as I was a new user. Helps me easily reach my customers. The navigation tab helps to save time

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the navigation. The icons are perfect. It is a brilliant CRM. It fulfills all the requirements for official purposes. The UI/ UX is very friendly. It can be integrated with many applications.

There are not enough applications to be integrated with it. It is not compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it helps me in finding the right POCs. The navigation is easy and I can add customer in a more convenient manner. It has improved my productivity. It has increased my performance.

The most best thing in the zoominfo that you can easily get any prospect info from zoominfo which is very helpfull for me as a sales manger to get my client information from this platform and i love it :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but some features like if the information is not accuate zoominfo should have feture to inform the person that this particular contact is old or not correct, it can be impove to provide accurate information or inform the user that this infomation is not updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through zoominfo i can easily retrive information of my prospect client and you know searching information about thouse cient who is actually are not your client and you need their accurate contact information then here comes the zoominfo which help me to get client info and increase my profit.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature i found in Zoom is that it is way more easy for any resource to join a meeting through Online browser, unlike Teams and Hangouts they have way more complicated online joining platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zooms Interface is comparatively different from the conventional meeting platforms, so it takes time for a user to understand how to use the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom's offerings have way more features available and a responsive tech support team which understands the client's issue and takes preventive measures to resolve the issue at the earliest.

What do you like best about the product?
it's very helpful to get information about the point of contact in any organization. It helps you with the verification of the address and also with getting any inside information like the bill to and ship address for their previous orders
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing significant to dislike about Zoominfo; the subscription cost is very high, and there are no pricing plans for the end user. I will suggest having a few different options for subscription

The main problem working in sales is getting valid information to reach out to your targeted customer, and using Zoominfo helps you with that. I remember when I initially started working with my leads, Zoominfo helped me a lot, and with the information provided i did manage to convert my leads into prospects and prospects into sales.

The information that is provided by ZoomInfo is mostly relevant and it helps out in the prospecting as most of the times the data about business is not given on internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the data given by the zoominfo is not up to date which somehow gives a wrong information, but this happens very often so this is the only thing disliked.

One of the biggest problem that ZoomInfo solves is that it give you a real time information about the business, it also provides you with the information about what the business is about, so it helps us in getting all the data

ZoomInfo SalesOS helps us provide valuable information to reach out to our prospects and increase our sales growth. If we do not have complete or accurate information in our CRM, ZoomInfo OS turns out to be a great help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the data in ZoomInfo OS is outdated, and we are unable to get accurate information. I think there should be a check and balance or a feedback section for each company where we can propose updates/changes for review and approval.

Being a HealthCare sector sales manager, we face lack of information in our CRM while prospecting. ZoomInfo SalesOS not only helps us provide relevant information about the point of contact but also saves us plenty of time that we used to spend over the internet or making several phone calls to get the required information.
