Goldmine of Insight
What do you like best about the product?
The business scoops compiles insight in one spot that's otherwise challenging or time intensive to mine on my own. I was impressed that it noted an M&A for one of my target accounts that I wasn't able to find on their website or in the news.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more specific details on who at a company is informing their insights. For example, it will tell you when a c-level member is researching your company, but I'd like to know specifically WHO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me thoroughly research my prospects and gives me ammo to personalize my sales outreach with. The more specific I can be to an account and what's relevant to them, the more effective I am as a Sales professional.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has allowed me and my team to reduce bounced emails. We especially appreciate the user interface and its integrations with Linkedin, Outreach, and Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team will try to cross-sell you on other products. ZoomInfo is trying to build its brand into more than sales data. Be aware that the packages you pay for will come with other capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to reduce our bounced email rate and find contacts in relatively niche markets. ZoomInfo was able to help us find niche prospects with its filters.

What do you like best about the product?
The coverage of data is unmatched. Whether it's account-level information that I'm seeking, or contact-level information, with ZoomInfo SalesOS, I know I'm armed with what I need to conduct a successful call or meeting.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest dislike is that I have often found that the contact data is outdated. If ZoomInfo can improve the frequency of their contact data refresh, they would be even stronger than they already are in the space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary problem that ZoomInfo SalesOS is solving for me is data enrichment. Before the software, we had glaring gaps in data on our target market. We now have a pretty clear picture.
Large database of up to date contacts
What do you like best about the product?
The information within the website is up to date for the majority of the contacts. Also we can easily export a list of contact to be uploaded to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software isn't the most intuitive, and it takes some getting used to

I can find information in a much quicker manner than before.

What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to find the correct individual I am looking for and all their contact info (especially since some phone operators are hesitatnt to give that out).
What do you dislike about the product?
One major downside I have been experiencing is outages from the site, usually once a week where I am unable to use Zoominfo in any capacity which makes my job very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me find the correct person in the correct position at prospected companies and increasing the amount of time I spend calling prospects instead of researching them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the information is not up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By finding the right person to speak to to help drive my sales revenue

Intent list, with the filters to narrow down companies and audiences
What do you dislike about the product?
Still bugs, inaccurate or dated info especially for companies with similar names, integration with hubspot fails constantly (contact exportation).

What do you like best about the product?
The intent signals create a terrific warm lead for my sales teams to engage with a facility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is not as accurate as I thought it would be. Contacts within the account are incorrect. I also had a very challenging onboarding experience. But once you work through the issues, you are off to the races.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue on where to target the efforts for my team. You can see intent signals that add up to a great opportunity. While in the area serving that facility you can circle the area to target other accounts.
Zoominfo is great for Sales Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like having target business's employee contact info readily available at my fingertips. It's quick and easy to get phone numbers and business emails for any prospect!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints. The information is typically correct and reliable, however every now and again the information is not which can be inconvenient. All in all, pretty accurate though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the problems of having insufficient or inaccurate contact information for prospecting and a lack of buying intent. It empowers you with the tools to prospect efficiently and strategically!
