Nice data-driven bot tool to automate processes
What do you like best about the product?
We have seen increase in delivery and resposne rate in our outbound email prospecting.
More meetings, more replies more leads.

Sometimes gives invalid data which misleads the users. Some info like revenue and funding details are not updated regularly

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is spectacular. Most data I come across when prospecting is accurate and the UI is very easy to use. Zoominfo SalesOS has undoubtedly amplified my sales career.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many dislikes. Sometimes data is outdated but not regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS helps me because I don't have to waste time searching for accurate data. Intent data on the platform also allows us to really pinpoint where we should be putting our attention.

Information is up to date. Easy to navigate. Great contact listing.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there hasn't been any dislikes from my side. However, I would like to see more Direct numbers for contacts would make it easier. Easy to navigate

Prospecting and finding the best contacts to reach out to. Having the ability to send out multiple emails at a time to different prospects.

Our customer success person is very responsive and very helpful.
I like the ability to export into SalesLoft, but the process of exporting is cumbersome. If you don't resolve the duplicates quickly, the batch job times out, and you have to start over again. (So helpful)

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is very confusing.
The data in some cases, is over eight months out of date compared to what is on Linkedin for the same contact, and the LinkedIn profile link is in the Zoominfo record, so it's readily available for a refresh.

Accurate Useable Info
What do you like best about the product?
Accurate and complete information, easy to find contact names and numbers, ability to create lists to call from. This takes the guesswork out of prospecting and finding the right person.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is an expensive solution for a small organization. Would like to see it come down in price for smaller enterprises. The product itself is great. We don't use the intent data, so if there were a package that just provides the company info and good customer contact info, that would be sufficient for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of businesses we call on and many of the contacts we have are inaccurate or incomplete. Zoominfo helps us find those contacts and we are able to make headway with the right people.

Easy export to Outreach and the fact that I can add it to specific sequences

Logging in may be a bit of a hassle. Avoid opening multiple tabs

Targetting very specific Job Titles and having an easy access to company insights and details

What do you like best about the product?
The Intents feature is amazing, being able to see companies looking at certain topics that your business might have solutions in. And then all those accounts have rich data sets; employees, financial data, technology used etc
What do you dislike about the product?
Is a very large platform so can be really clunky sometimes. Unresponsive at times, slow to load certain features. Login issues now and then. Otherwise pretty good

Helps me gather data on accounts. Data like what the account is researching lately, and emails of prospects at the company. All super helpful data for when I need to reach out to prospects

It makes the accuracy of any job that requires business to business interaction enormously easy and effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little bit more accurate with the searches but this is completely understandable when dealing with the amount of information they do.

It takes the time out of trying to find the right person in the right department to talk to.
