Provides great contact information
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and super accurate. When I am trying to connect with someone and their information in my database is outdated, Zoom provides their updated information quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. There are a lot of fields but it comes in handy when you are trying to narrow your search. The more information you have on the subject you are looking for the better chances you have to find the top candidates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I have is not being about to contact candidates I have in my database. They may have switched jobs or changed phone numbers. Zoom povides me with their updated contact information and that is super helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that there is an extension to use while I am using my CRM or I am looking at other websites for prospecting. I also like that I can create custom searches and filter that down to titles.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes it looks as if the information is transposed for jobs and it looks like that person does not work at the company. This does not happen all the time but it has happened frequently enough that it is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of not having enough information and now I can find information for that prospect which is ideal.

I appreciate the Reachout Extension where I can quickly and easily find prospect information right from the webpage Im currently on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there is always another tool that their sales team is trying to get me to buy. Like the product I own is never quite good enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data in our CRM is invaluable and Zoominfo helps me complete missing information in our contact profiles quickly and easily. Further, the firmographic information provided by Zoominfo on the companies in our CRM helps us to target the best companies first.
The Most Powerful Tool Ever Created For Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
You can search for buyer's intent for the product or service that you are selling. You can search for specific job titles at companies in the exact territory that you are trying to work. You can have both a broad focus as well as pinpoint precision for targeting customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a cheap tool, our company limits our access to limit the expense for the tool. The data isn't always the most accurate so you need to do your own due diligence to verify that the data is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am new to a company, industry, and a territory so ZoomInfo is the number one way that I prospect my territory for new targets. I was able to double and triple the size of my business events using this tool for sending out invitations.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely friendly user-experience. Always adding new features and tools within the tool to prospect more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to log in and log out constantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding up-to-date prospect information in real-time, especially for what organizations are looking for at the granular level.

What do you like best about the product?
Accuracy of contact info., SalesForce integration, website visit insights, ability to create lead lists for territory etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, the only thing I'd change is to be able to see who in a large organization was either visiting our website so I could directly reach out to them instead of having to go fishing. Same with the intent topics, who was researching a particular topic, who is in the buying cycle that I need to engage with for a conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing less time spent on finding the correct stakeholders to engage with at organizations and more time for meaningful conversations. Less research, more action!

What do you like best about the product?
This is the only platform on the market that can provide accurate data on prospects (email, linkedin profile, mobile phone, direct phone, etc.). You can easily find the right decision maker in companies you are targeting. Having the CRM software connected to Zoominfo makes our job so easy and we save a ton of time not having to manually create accounts or contacts. We love Zoominfo SalesOS!
What do you dislike about the product?
Their Websight feature (tracking companies visiting our website) is missing critical features to make our life easier. For example, it would be nice to be able to get the information of how the company landed on our website (PPC, organic, Social Media...). Also, having the ability to add tags (prospects, customer, junk, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit of using the platform is saving time. It's an expensive platform, but I honestly think that it's worth every penny. It has made our sales rep's life much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like ZoomInfo SalesOS, it is very useful for conducting market research and studying data to drive business decision making. This software provides excellent tools for creating charts and visualizing, interpreting and sharing data, plus its reporting capabilities are intuitive and robust. It is easy to use and easy to learn, it has paid off for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The "respondents" module needs to be optimized, it could become a great functionality, omitting that, it has worked excellently for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS has been a great help to us, we have been able to take advantage of every resource that this tool integrates to drive viable decision making. We have been able to efficiently manage large amounts of data obtained through surveys. The reports obtained for data analysis have been highly favorable for effective decision making.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is extremely easy to navigate. The information is almost 100% accurate and there is a ton of detail you can learn about these accounts and prospects through this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how the Zoom Info chrome extension is always sticking out and there is no way to hide it. Especially when I am screen sharing with a customer. Would be nice to toggle this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily add prospect contact information and quickly reference additional technology they are using as well as if they have been recently funded. I have more contacts to target and a higher chance of connecting with that account.
