Essential Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Not only contacts, but intent scoring and sourcing technology that enables all pre-sales motions when building account plans, blueprints and GTM strategies for sales people in all markets and territories.
What do you dislike about the product?
Contact information is often out of date or incorrect, but with this data being next to impossible to keep accurate daily, there is not better tool or database that can compete with ZI.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to prioritize and take immediate action on intent signals as well as (mostly) accurate contact information is an essential tool that no other offering can match.
ZoomInfo SalesOS: Good for APAC data
What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a user-friendly interface. We use it mainly for two purposes - Prospecting and Contact details identification for prospects.
Prospecting becomes very easy when you use Salesforce integrated with Zoominfo SalesOS. Zoominfo provides tons of filter options in the "Advance Search" section like filtering by company name, industry, headcount, emails, contact names, geographical location, job titles, college degree(higher education), and current employment durations and many more. All these options together help to find out the best prospects/ leads which suit our pitch criteria. Since we integrated it with salesforce, it removes unnecessary steps of manually adding leads to the SF, but with a matter of a few clicks, they are automatically saved to salesforce.
Contact Details of the data on Zoominfo OS are really useful, especially for the Asia Pacific region which is highly accurate in terms of the email and the phone numbers(direct or mobile) it provides. The email Bounce back rate is really low for the APAC data in Zoominfo Sales OS.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about ZoomInfo is that it is low in data quality, especially for the European countries, the phone and provided do not work well and the emails usually bounce back. The team should look into fixing/enriching this data. Lusha seems to overcome that drawback of Zoominfo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to find the right leads and their contact details so that our sales team could jump on the call with the lead directly without wasting many efforts looking for their emails and phone number, again implications seem limited to APAC only.
Best database and very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The database is huge, with a lot of information on the companies and the contacts. The data is accurate and fresh. The integration with Salesforce and Salesloft is a big plus. Our sales team loves it to prospect

I had some issues with the platform on big exports but the support solved it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate database, more information on our existing database. Definitely helping us find new business.
Most accurate email database
What do you like best about the product?
* Fast and accurate email addresses. Our tests showed >95% emails are correct thereby reducing bounced rates

price may be a bit high for smaller companies.

* Quick prospecting allowing us to scale outreach.
ZoomInfo has the most accurate data I have found so far.

I like that most of the data is accurate.

Sometimes the extension is a little buggy.

It is solving the number of companies and contacts I have to call. It is saving me a lot of time.
Extremely helpful data append, list searching, and sales development tool
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to understand and start using the day you sign up. Great training for all the features and functions, and although price points can get expensive, there are levels for moderate budgets. I love the way they compile the data, it is much more valid than most list providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can get super pricey as you add features and more downloads to your package. Also, there are occasional data hiccups where companies are mis-aligned with an industry that they don't belong to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Outreach is harder than ever these days and having a reliable lookup tool that gets us the numbers that we need to drive a healthy funnel is so valuable. We are only beginning to scratch the surface of what this tool can do and it is already paying dividends. It helps us easily identify people that fit our profile and have a need for what we offer, saving us the guesswork that is usually involved in prospecting for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using ZoomInfo to find new contacts when I am prospecting. 99% of the time, I receive the correct contact information. I trust the data!
What do you dislike about the product?
The ReachOut extension has to be re-set daily and cookies need to be cleared daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's saving me so much time finding new prospects with correct contact information. I love how their social accounts are all on the same dashboard as well! It's a one stop shop!!

What do you like best about the product?
The amount of data available ZoomInfo has to offer is outstanding! I get names, emails, phone numbers, cell numbers. It's absolutely incredible and the accuracy is almost always 100%
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish when roles change in a company they're updated a little faster but other than that there really isn't much I would change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in sales and I needed a place that house information for the leads I'm trying to convert to customers and ZoomInfo offers just that. I've gained accurate contact info from ZoomInfo.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has an 'intent' feature allowing our sales team to prospect companies that have recently looked up keywords that our company provides solutions to. It allows us to have strategic, warm-led outreach rather than sending out untargeted emails and hoping now is the ideal time for our potential customers. It saves us so much time- I never want to prospect without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't experienced any downsides to this tool yet. I had a glitch where it wouldn't load, but a customer care agent efficiently helped me solve that issue within an hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo SalesOS allows us to see who is searching an issue, where they are, what their contact issue is, and all the necessary information on their company so that while prospecting, we don't have to do any research outside of the tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The convenience of having an all-in-one platform for all my needs. It makes my day-to-day process a lot easier versus if I had to manually extract all this information.The salesforce integration is awesome too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform goes very slow intermittently. A good amount of times the contact will have already left the position a long time ago and ZoomInfo lists them as still being there. And sometimes the Linkedin of the prospect is the completely wrong person. (even the wrong name sometimes).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of having to search the entire web for information on a certain prospect or company.
