Must Have Tool for Prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
The Scoops and Intent functions allow my team to spend our time on prospects already researching about software we provide. It's absurd how much of a difference maker this has been for our team and myself personally.
To compound on that point, the Direct phone number and contact accuracy filters really help me get to accurate prospects quicker without wasting time going through a phone tree or gatekeeper.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the current bug of not being able to mass 'Complete' or skip contacts that are overdue. It makes me do it 25 contacts at a time... I went on vacation and had 700 overdue contacts so that took a few minutes to get straight....
Other than that, I wish there were the options to push someone into a Drip Salesflow automatically from a previous salesflow to keep trying for engagement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZI Engage is solving the problem of founding of who and how to contact people to drive revenue for my company. It's been a complete game changer and I'd never work without it again.

Utilizing Zoominfo enables me to reach my prospects in the most efficient way possible

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can be used on websites and linkedin, lots of information available, chrome extension

sometimes information can be wrong or outdated, can be initially a bit tricky to use

Helping me cold call with context faster, have conversations with context, find GDPR relevant information
Inaccurate data and false claims
What do you like best about the product?
The interface and the demo was compelling
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is painful.
There is no feedback when you constantly correct incorrect information.
ZoomInfo claims to integrate with other CRMs but in reality, they only test with Salesforce.
When there is a problem or functionality does not work they cannot resolve or fix the problem and when values are invalid, they cannot update their integration to make it work.
The inaccuracy in the data is consistent and the lack of follow-up is appalling.
There is a constant focus on attempting to upsell and create some additional value but the intent topics are pretty much useless and misleading.
They are now constantly attempting to promote SalesOS and workflows as well as automation. I can speak from our own experiences that they do not use any such tools or are more likely that such tools or automation are completely flawed. There is no follow-up or attempt to address dissatisfaction or poor quality of data and incorrect references. They did not even have our own info in their system and corrected it after we pointed that out. In other words, they did not use their won information to manage leads or opportunities!

We wanted to validate and verify leads and create new leads, but the info is dated and incorrect and the references to accurate account info are in most cases merged incorrectly for unrelated accounts. The solution works for a short demo but otherwise, it is flawed and the support is very very disappointing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save your time and money, and find something else.

What do you like best about the product?
I wanted to generate a report that helped me pin point industry, state, and technologies used, and the rep helped walk me through how to set that up in a very easy way, and had a lot of success with the report so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say the only thing I dislike is that the data isn't always accurate.

Contact info, technologies used, generating leads, overall excellent information. The webpage is more thorough than the extension.

More precise and up-to-date contact details. ZoomInfo has acted as one of the most helpful & trusted source to increase the customer reach.

More filter options need to be added, like city/state level location filter

Saves me time with the bulk email feature. The phone dialing feature is helpful

Email template is a great tool that has a lot of information choices that fill into the email automatically.
ZoomInfo is an integral part of my daily work. Finding company and prospect info is imperative.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo offerings in-depth information into my customer's business, allowing me to ramp faster as I support the account. By leveraging the data available in ZoomInfo I connect with customers faster, I understand business drivers and who their competitors are, and I have a sense of where decision-makers sit thanks to the organizational hierarchy data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have made requests to our Customer Success Manager (supporting the user licenses of ZoomInfo for my company) to profile OEM accounts that are not listed on the platform today. There are still so many companies to profile, I realize, I just hope to have growing accounts in my territory profiled so I can be a more valuable resource thanks to helpful insights into their business and leadership team.

ZoomInfo solves the following problems: financial detail review of customers, competitor analysis of accounts, technology utilization at the customer account, and contact information support to be able to reach customers and address Industry 4.0 initiatives faster.
