What do you like best about the product?
the filtering they provide is just amazing although sometimes it could be inaccurate... I always succeed to attain my objective, Viva Zoominfo, a lifesaver
I love their customer service, Miss Arwa Champa was a great saver, she saved me a lot of time and was open to explaining and answering all my questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it would be much appreciated if they made the contacts as accurate as they could.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
get solid leads and make more Money OBVIOUSLY!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
if you are an inside sales, you will want to have this amazing software cuz it s not only gonna get you solid leads, but it will also help you achieve your objective.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about this platform is the myriad of automated features, like auto-dialing, and syncing of your Engage with HubSpot. Also, the sales flows and the sample email templates are amazing. I especially like how when crafting an email Engage helps you make sure you stay within character limits to be succinct, suggests helpful language and makes sure you have an appropriate readability score.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to the auto-dialing feature I wish it weren't so glitchy sometimes. I've had it where the dialing and bridge over to your phone don't quite work and it won't connect properly. Sometimes the calls will drop or someone will pick up and you won't hear them. Certainly makes things awkward when you do finally hear them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automatic drip campaigns. Syncing with Zoom sales and the ability to import prospect lists to a sales flow. Auto-dialing and having the feature of choosing to call via direct or mobile.

the limitation of download to automate my search plus it is expensive as per my boss

Zoom info is indeed helpful in solving the leadquality

Highly recommended, though it's pricey, it is worth getting quality leads than spending cost on time, outsourcing just to get many useless leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo Engage is very easy to navigate and easy to use to schedule mailings. Building custom email templates and being able to share them with the team is also helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering by date/number of touches would be really helpful. Also, the ability to remove all unsubscribed/bad emails from the list. Linit on daily sends and organizing salesflows with the limit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to send emails to the database that we get from Zoominfo. We're reaching our target audience and driving registrations to the platform that is important for our business.

What do you like best about the product?
The staff at ZoomInfo are supportive, professional, and always there. Gamechanger for a company that values time and is uncontested with the leads available.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be not about ZoomInfo, it would be the user not investing time into all its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Market research and understanding who the company is saves time and resources. Financially, ZoomInfo helped me become a partner in a company. Rags to Riches.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo take the guesswork out of locating and confirming key targets to market your products to. It is also a user-friendly interface.

There is a bit of a learning curve, but when you put in the time to know the process it is very useufl.

Locating contact information for targeted potential markets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to move candidates around and keep things organized when you have multiple searches that you are working on. The search features are super intuitive and make it simple to find the right candidate the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zoominfo is sometimes less updated than LinkedIn as far as candidate experience so it is always worth the time to make sure that the person you are reviewing is not over or under-qualified for the position you are looking to fill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Engage extension while on linkedin to source contact info all in one place and it makes it very easy to verify the info that you find online from other sources.
