The Ultimate Timesaver

What do you like best about the product?
We are new to the ZoomInfo and Engage platform so we are just now scratching the surface of what all ZoomInfo and Engage can do but we have been astonished with both the simplicity and content. Easy to navigate features make keeping up with contacts a breeze. Our company will be deep-diving into all the features Engage offers but we are already satisfied with our purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
This product is a time saver. The value is there. The quality content from ZoomInfo is there. The price point is high but you absolutely pay for what you get and we can easily see these products replacing several of our "cheaper" softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are aggressively pursuing possible clients in ways that we could not have before. Using insights and even quickly compiling specific commercial property types and owners has already saved days of work. Engage houses our response actions and keeps us accountable to next steps. Engage makes it so easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth the leap of faith to try. We've been even more impressed than expected.

It's occasionally glitchy and support isn't great

I don't have to manage following up on my outbound email campaigns. I get better results on my second or third pass

What do you like best about the product?
Most Engaged feature, ease of use with creating content, data and info
What do you dislike about the product?
I have run into a few hiccups and when I do it takes a good amount of time for Zoom Support to respond and resolve. Also, chat support is never available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reaching a large audience quickly and keeping track of engagement so leads are never lost.

Worth the investment!

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations available, CRM sync, if you have Zoominfo ReachOut and create lists there it can be a game-changer if your reps are struggling to keep up with new hires at prospected companies as it will automatically add new people from those lists to your reps' sales flows (should you so choose).
What do you dislike about the product?
They are definitely still working out some kinks such as tags taking a long time to load and the inability to scroll down the page or the Gmail extension (currently have to zoom out in the chrome browser to see the bottom of the main page) but I'm very hopeful they will be worked out soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving for 1:1 sales outreach tracking, auto-sync of activities back to our CRM, salesflows to make sure reps stay up to date on tasks required of them.

Lacking key features of competitive products

What do you like best about the product?
I was not a fan of Engage. It integrates with the ZoomInfo suite nicely - but then again, so do many other products .
What do you dislike about the product?
The SDR/BDR workflows are not thought thru and make it hard for anyone to use this effectively. For example, when a new MQL is created, it needs to be manually uploaded and put into a sales flow (sequence). It can't be automatically enrolled. Also, you cant trigger things to happen on engagement - which is sort of the entire point of using this kind of software. They are trying very hard to be Outreach and failing at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We stopped using Engage and got our money refunded to spend on Outreach and are MUCH MUCH MUCH happier
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go check out Outreach. It is significantly more expensive, but the lacking features in Engage mean that the reduced price does not make it worth it.

The salesflow building, monitoring, and editing features are not intuitive.

Emailing and calling prospects efficiently.

Organized Cold Calling

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of organizing sales flows, adding contacts to salesflows and flowing through phone calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting is very light. Some reports have also recently been removed that were beneficial to the way we are using the program. It would be fine to take this away if reports could be exported to an excel sheet, but the data can only be exported to a PDF. If you want to show management different views, you're going to have to export a report 3 times to display the different views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were having an issue tracking what our cold callers were completing. This is also taking a lot of the monotonous time out of the process. Instead of looking up the next call it easily drops you into the next call and allows the caller to record the sentiments when the call is ended. I love the ability to have multiple recordings ready to push instead of leaving tedious voicemails for everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Engage is great for automating the outreach process. I'm able to use features such as auto-dialer and email automation to hit my outreach goals faster and more efficiently. The VOIP function works great for calls, and there is a seamless integration with Salesforce and ZoomInfo that I enjoy. Another big plus is that it is easy to train my team to use the platform to get them to impact our lead generation right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still getting the hang of using tags. Also, there was a small learning curve on how to import and map information when uploading contact lists. I've found that most non-mobile numbers I get from ZoomInfo are not very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm spending less time reaching more people. I'm able to collaborate with my team and easily view what they are doing. I also can track my metrics to make sure I am reaching my long and short term outreach goals.

What do you like best about the product?
The importing of contacts is very easy to navigate. It is also very easy to set up templates to start marketing campaigns using those imported contacts. Great results as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish engage would automatically cc personal and business emails during marketing campaigns or bulk email messaging. That would be helpful and then only need to pull 1 list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Engage is allowing us to jump start a recruiting search quickly and efficiently. Although response rates tend to be low, it is good to get those first touches out to candidates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend exporting contacts to excel and then importing those contacts into engage for bulk emails with templates for contact. Very easy to do.

What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo Engage has single handily been the worst sales tool I've ever used. The system is so buggy and honestly causes more issues than it solves. It feels as if ZoomInfo knew they needed a product like Engage and put pieced something together so their sales team could say that they had a solution. There is a reason why their sales team utilizes a competitor and not their own tool

Automating sales outreach but we switched off Engage as fast as possible

Do yourself a favor and buy Outreach or another tool
