Zoom info
What do you like best about the product?
The reachout tool is the most helpful part of zoom info. When reaching out to potential clients the most important information is a phone number or email. Zoom info helps cut down research time finding that information
What do you dislike about the product?
The zoom info platform is not always accurate, and if you are in a niche of a business it can be challenging to find solid leads by using the platform. It is also hard to get ahold of csm, usually about a week wait time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I problem-solve by cutting down my research time, and I can find new information, and contact information and I can easily reach out compared to working without the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
1I like how easy it is to find prospects based upon a company's recent searches in the industry you are seeking sales in!
What do you dislike about the product?
It has been a little frustrating setting up different systems and processes, an easier set up would be benefitical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me identify potential territories to explore in my company's industry.

Easier set up process, perhaps more support, more immediately.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is my bread and butter for all prospecting activities. It's essentially the yellow pages of the internet and makes my life so much easier when I'm trying to find contact info. It's not one-dimensional though. I can conduct a great deal of account research through tech insights, financial scoops, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had some issues with the chrome extension, but I can get what I need from the website with no problems. Bug fixes with this feature would save me some time when I shift my prospecting efforts over to LinkedIn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps fill in the gaps when it comes to organization structure. High level org info in one place saves time from the traditional google search. By far the most utilized tool in my sales tech stack.
It helps me do well in reaching the right contacts.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy finding correct numbers. It helps my sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the number of HQ numbers. They do not serve me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the issues of getting ahold of prospects. The benefits are that I get in contact with proper prospects.

Outbound Sales
What do you like best about the product?
We've gone through several different contact data enrichment software, and ZoomInfo always ranks highest across the board. The integration piece is seamless. We integrate it with our CRM and Sales Engagement platforms, which massively boost our productivity. I also enjoy the ZoomInfo extension when prospecting via LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say this is a weakness, given that every contact data enrichment company faces this same issue, but every now and then, the contact data will be inaccurate. However, I will say that we chose ZoomInfo over a competitor that we actively used because the data accuracy was much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have broadened our reach to various personas with ZoomInfo and increased our connection rates via cold-calling. Not only has our connection rates increased, but since ZoomInfo's data accuracy is better than its competitors, we've been able to capture the right emails, enabling us to send out more emails and receive more replies. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Integrating ZoomInfo with your tech stack will make a compelling difference when prospecting.
Overall a very cool platform but needs a few things
What do you like best about the product?
I like engage and the sales flow feature. I also like workflows a lot and love the automation piece to it and how it can feed right into the sales flow. Ideally, the entire lead generation should be automated and you just receive leads in your calendar. it takes a lot of time to handpick exact leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that monthly credits are different than bulk. it's too confusing. I also don't like when a lot of contacts seem to not deliver or don't work for that company anymore. One last thing is that when I use the intent feature, I have to bulk download contacts but when i do that for the searches that I want, I get 25 contacts all from the same company (Cushman and Wakefield) for example, and most of them don't work there anymore or aren't relevant.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What we're trying to do is get more customers but we have not realized any benefits because we have not gotten 1 positive reply and have sent over 4000 emails to a variety of different target audiences
I do enjoy zoom info but I think there could be simplified UX and UI changes

buying committee is a helpful tool that has improved the pace of my prospecting
What do you dislike about the product?
after converting leads, I have to go back and remember which leads (leads uncheck the box on their name after conversion)

What do you like best about the product?
Finding Contacts for outreach and their job title. Easy to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
When there is no company info. Some companies have no employee information, sometimes meaning I can't do outreach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding more up-to-date contacts. I have fewer issues exporting the contact info than I did on Rocket Reach.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how detailed and specific ZoomInfo can be. When it comes to searching for contacts, the filters and details I can use in my search are so helpful. Being able to target not only the industry but headcount, location, technologies, and much more filters is so helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
ZoomInfo can be rather slow sometimes. The Chrome extension won't work and sometimes the landing page will take forever to load. UI can be slow and cumbersome at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem I am solving is time management. I can go to ZoomInfo find targeted accounts and data and start calling/emailing. Without ZoomInfo my productivity would be much slower.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend ZoomInfo to others. It is a great platform and the problems it has are small in comparison to how useful it is.
A Wealth of Info, for the right market
What do you like best about the product?
The amount of information provided for each company is amazing, and it is easy to export that info into a spreadsheet or CRM tool. Also, it does give you a lot of credits to use per month
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on your industry it may not be as useful as you would like. Also, I am unclear on how accurate some information is and how often it is updated. Sometimes the information doesn't map to our CRM as we would like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems solved would be making sure we have the correct decision maker when reaching out to a cold prospect, the benefits are of course, reaching that lead and not having to go through multiple channels.
