Most Reliable Database Software for Sales & Marketing
What do you like best about the product?
In case of Zoominfo, what I liked the most about ZoomInfo is Direct Numbers, Mobile Numbers, Business Email addresses, Intent Topics, Scoops etc. All these main features help us to reach out to targeted clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few points to discuss dislikes. In Zoominfo, sometimes, there is personal email address has been mentioned in place of business email. few contacts are still not updated as per LinkedIn profiles So Zoominfo needs to update its database atleast weekly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo enables us to make it easy in various ways as we can easily find out any scoops or intent signals regarding any specific company. It is very simple to get any direct or cell phone numbers of any specific contacts to which we need to reach out. We easily carry out our marketing email campaign with the help of business email which we get from ZoomInfo. there are so many features that ZoomInfo provides us to make it the best of it.
Well-integrated, nice dashboards, SDRs like it
What do you like best about the product?
Our SDRs like the dashboard and ease of creating and editing salesflows as well as the ability to easily export contacts from LinkedIn using the Chrome extension.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dialer doesn't allow to call multiple numbers for the same contact in a row which really slows down cold calling efforts by our SDRs. The reporting is abysmal - only available in a PDF that is not helpful to my leadership.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have automated salesflows with multiple steps that can be customized by customer, rep, marketing campaign, etc. We have had multiple meetings result from these efforts in the first few weeks of use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The integration with ZoomInfo Sales OS is a key reason why we are using Engage vs. a competitor; if we switched to a different sales intelligence provider, we would likely look at Engage competitors as well.
If you are not using ZoomInfo already, you are missing out!
What do you like best about the product?
The Zoominfo Intent feature is amazing! It's played a key part in me approaching leads intelligently, and as a result, I have booked a lot of meetings from using it. Oh and all of these features integrate beautifully with Outreach and Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes some of the prospects' phone numbers don't show up, but this does not happen all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love the fact that Zoominfo gives me super-rich sales intelligence on companies, buying personas, and what technologies they have been researching which has significantly optimized my prospecting, research, and the process of identifying leads.

What do you like best about the product?
Their sales and marketing efforts are A1, it's fortunate for them, but very damaging for their clients, as they feast on Small to medium businesses that are trying to make an honest living, and keeping people employed in these tough times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data backing the interface is completely useless, we sent marketing campaigns after campaigns with a fraction of success as compared to other tools such as Lusha on the market. On top of which when we decided not to renew, the customer success advisor promised a well-designed campaign to help us realise the ROI, just to delay us from sending the cancellation in writing. As anyone can imagine, the campaign was never executed as the moment we went out of 60-day renewal notice, the communication broke, unless we were contacted by the account manager two weeks before renewal to discuss a new plan, which we kindly rejected.
Now we have their accounts payable all over us threatening us with outside collections company and legal action.

We wasted a total of $12000 with ZoomInfo with 0 ROI and a third party collections team harassing us as the cherry on top.

What do you like best about the product?
I utilize the intent data and scoops feature a lot. I have set up alerts on our leadership team and sales team accounts for current clients and prospects and it is super helpful information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes ZoomInfo lags and the data for smaller businesses isn't that accurate. Those are the biggest complaints we get from our Sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring prospects and current customers' buying intent. We haven't seen any ROI yet, but we have booked meetings using contact information data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo is pretty pricey, especially for smaller organizations. But, we have found the data is worth the investment, and the support we receive from our Account Management team has been exceptional. However, if you are an organization that targets smaller, private organizations (2-50 people) you should be aware that that data isn't always accurate because it is not as public. It can be very hit or miss. It isn't all bad, just something to consider.

With many working remotely or leaving their companies, the error rate is higher

What do you like best about the product?
I use Zoominfo to pull all my competitor's account lists and the relevant decision-maker details. Saves a lot of time. Zoom info also helps create accounts on SFDC and migrate data directly to SDFC with a single click
What do you dislike about the product?
Local competitor data is not available and there are a ton of companies who use the local service provider and it would be great if Zoom info can also provide data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contacts information, Competitors' data, technology platforms, a weekly update from Zoom for relevant leads, easy upload of data into SDFC within no time and relevant contacts

Websights and Intent are worth taking a look at. Probably the most powerful prospecting tool out there.

Kinda weird when they changed over companies because there were two versions of it. Seems to be ok now though.

We wanted a more targeted look at our prospects and have gotten just that.
