Buyer beware- deceptive billing practices
What do you like best about the product?
The sales pitch was good- everything after that was disappointing
What do you dislike about the product?
Be aware that buried deep in the terms is a auto renewal clause that will keep you on the software and not allow for a fair cancelation

Bad user interface- poor customer service, expensive and deceptive practices

The direct dials are very accurate. And they are very plentiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
exporting to salesforce tricky. I had a trouble with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting direct dials and emails of prospects that I am trying to get contact info for.

use the exporting function. very cool and useful

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has made a significant contribution to developing new prospects that fit our ICP guidelines, including revenue, number of employees, and technology infrastructure. With this platform, I increase sales productivity, scaling success quickly has been extraordinary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer service takes a long time. Your contact details are not always up to date, especially with Linkedin.
No alert update that companies are out of service.
It is not a very robust integration with Linkedin.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has transcendentally supported the improvement of new advertisements that are adapted to our ICP prototypes, attached to the entries, the number of users and the technological services. It has also helped NOS to collect as much information as possible to search for new contacts within an organization. In addition, it has helped to obtain more potential consumers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
ZoomInfo has provided us with key elements to manage our customer data to make strategic marketing decisions and increase our sales. It provides us with detailed contact search options with a full description of contact information. Additionally, you can create B2B contact lists for sales and marketing campaigns and promotions. Today, it is a great option to identify and connect with customers and companies to increase the reach of our organizations. It has tools to create updated contact lists and prepares detailed reports based on the information collected that allows us to make decisions, that's why it's our favorite software.
Terrible Customer Service and overall experience, when my contract is up I am going to a competitor.
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing, it's been very clear that a small 2 seat account isn't a priority for anyone at Zoominfo. The frustration started a while ago when I purchased engage there was no onboarding effort from their end and then after I signed a new contract they are acting like the payment terms I agreed to arent able to be honored from their end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Onboarding for Engage is piss poor and it's taking 6 weeks+ to get the terms I agreed upon figured out. If you are a smaller start-up they won't care about you and put you on the back burner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get a contact of a prospect that I need, never been too impressed with the platform though, I am excited when my contract is up to move to a competitor who might prioritize their customers like an actual valuable customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't do it, go check out a competitor like Slintel or something. You will also likely find a better price and hopefully better customer service.

I would guess that 10% or so of the downloaded contacts have email addresses that aren't good. That is a bit frustrating and I hope that they are then sent back to Zoom to be corrected.

What do you like best about the product?
Its extremely comprehensive in terms of contacts as well as providing company news. Additionally there are loads of ways to sort and export data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The data is not the most up to date, though it is better then competitors. Additionally occasionally the search does not work as intended and the price is very steep.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us source contact information to reach out to potential customers. It is extremely thorough and also has the added benefit of tracking industry trends/interests.
Finding new cients that I wouldn't have on my own!
What do you like best about the product?
Engage has helped me to reach new customers directly that I didn't have access to before. My automated emails through the Salesflows have helped me tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
For someone not techy, like me, it took a while to learn and understand all of the many layers to this system. However, I'm pretty good at it now. I would like it to be streamlined a bit more so the non-techy folks could learn it more quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Engage has simply allowed me to reach out to so many potential clientele that I didn't have access to before. The automated emails set up through my salesflows are incredible and save me time while I'm making more sales.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely spend time watching the training videos. Once you get it, it's awesome, but can take some time if you aren't overly tech savvy.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability of ZoomInfo is top tier. I love the extension that overlays right on my SalesForce or SalesLoft so I know I've got the best info for reaching my prospects. ZoomInfo will import contacts directly to my loft and salesforce to make the administrative burden of my position a breeze!
The intent portion is also extremely valuable. It allows me and my AE to dig into what accounts are searching for various solutions and even where they are located. Further, we can dig into where contacts are located and make sure we are targeting exactly where the prospects are located and where the signals are coming from.

What do you dislike about the product?
Often titles and contact numbers are wrong or incomplete but this is to be expected. The amount of correct and useful information far exceeds the incorrect or out-of-date contacts. Additionally, I think ZoomInfo could better use LinkedIn to pull correct data, especially prospect titles and locations. Often titles are somewhat correct but not quite what is listed on prospects LinkedIn accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we are solving is finding good contact numbers for prospects as well as finding which accounts to target based on intent data. ZoomInfo makes my job much easier and my workflow much more efficient. It's is extremely simple to make a few clicks and the correct numbers (direct and HQ and mobile) are loaded into the places I need them to begin my outreach. Without ZoomInfo, I'd be stuck calling dead-end call trees day in and day out with dead-end extension numbers. Especially in a hybrid work ecosystem, more people than ever are working from home
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would seriously consider using ZoomInfo- everything from outbound prospecting to ABM motions. ZoomInfo has been instrumental to my team and our prospecting motion.
